I sat down at our table, alone. I guessed everyone else was held back in class. tomorrow is Friday, the day of the big stupid game and Lucas's party. me and Zach are supposed to be going together, talking about Zach.. ever since we almost kissed yesterday I cant get him off my mind, ive been thinking about him non stop, the way he held me, the way his hand sat on my waist so perfectly. in all my classes I havent stopped thinking about what could of happened if Josh didn't come in, would it have gone further than a kiss? or would it of been a little peck?
"hey" I was snapped out my thoughts by Lola sitting next to me "hi" I smiled "you alright? you have literally been staring at your sandwich for the last 5 minutes" "im fine" I said then grabbed my sandwich, I took a bite before she nodded and started to eat the food from her tray. quickly people started to run into the cafeteria filling It up - I saw an empty seat at Zach's table, and then I realised that Zach wasn't there. where the hell is he? "that was a good fight yesterday" annie said, sitting across from me "oh, oh twitter?" I asked "yep. hella crazy" she laughed "but I cant believe she said that to you jess" I shrugged "it doesn't mean anything, but its only alexis though isn't it" "ture" lola said. as I was eating I felt someone smack the back of my head, making me turn fast.. it was fucking Alexis "hey Jess" she said, her slut group facing me ,chewing gum "yes, can I help you with something?" I asked "yeah you can. brake up with Zach" she gave me huge attitude "why should I take orders from you?" she rolled her eyes "hes always been mine - okay. I want him back. so brake up with him" "no" I said, I gave a cocky smile "okay, so i'll just take him from you. ill fight you for him. if it gets to that" "well that's good to know" I turn back around, which was a mistake "and?" lola asked I sighed "what?" then as she was going to answer someone poured water on my head, and it was definitely Alexis, I could hear her voice. "I will never. ever loose.. you remember that" I was soaked, I groaned loudly and walked out of the cafeteria, I was covered in this stuff. I began to run to the bathroom so it didn't like dry on me or anything, but I bumped into someone's chest.
"watch where you are going jess" It was Zach, I looked up at him - I hadn't even realised but id been crying so I had mascara running down my face "hey, what happened? why are you all wet?" he asked "Alexis, she poured a drink over my head" I sniffled wiping the tears from under my eyes he sighed "do you have other clothes?" he asked I shook my head no, he grabbed my hand and took me to his locker, I leaned against the one next to his as he pulled out a jumper and sweatpants, HIS jumper and sweatpants. "here, go change, ill be waiting by the door" he handed me them "thanks zachy" I smiled, he nodded and we walked to the girls bathroom. when I walked in I saw Annie and Lola looking under the stalls. "oh hey, we was looking for you" Lola said "are you okay?" Annie asked. I nodded and changed out of my wet clothes "hey, I have some leggings in my locker, you want to borrow them?" Annie asked I looked at Zach's sweatpants and they were going to be huge on me "yeah please" I said, then I heard the bathroom door open and close again. I pulled Zach's blue adidas jumper over my head and the smell of his cologne and his room flooded my nose. it was quite big but it was better than sitting in soaking wet clothes all day, then Annie draped her leggings over the door and I thanked her, I slipped my pants of and put the leggings on.

(what she looks like) I rolled my wet clothes together and walked out the stall, Lola was holding a bag so I could put my clothes in "thanks guys, you are honestly the best" I said. they nodded and smiled, then I walked out and saw Zach stood on him phone, he pushed off from the wall and put his phone back in his pocket and I handed him his sweatpants.
"they looked big zachy, so Ann gave me her leggings" I said and he nodded, the girls then walked out "were going back - see you later" Annie said and they walked back to the canteen. as me and Zach were walking he spoke up "im so sorry about all this. I- its probably all my fault anyway. I can call Alexis if you want - to sort it out" I shook my head no "no its fine" "are you sure?" he asked I nodded "what did she even do?" he asked and licked his lips, as we got closer to the cafeteria he intertwined our hands "she told me to brake up with you and that she would even fight me for you" "load of bullshit" he chuckled a bit "then as you know - she poured something over me" "did she get in trouble over it?" he asked I shrugged "I walked out" "ugh I should of been there im sorry" "its not your fault Zachy" I said and we walked in "I know - but I could of done something" he sighed "you wanna sit with me?" he smiled, I looked at his table and saw quite a few boys there, only two I knew were Lucas and Jack "you dont have to though" he added, I shrugged looking at the floor "awe are you scared of them?" he asked "just a little" I sighed "urh its only Lucas that's a dick, but then again you will like the rest of them. I promise" he smiled "okay then" I shrugged "great, ill introduce you" he pulled me to his table. I bit my lip nervously as he walked me over, there was only one seat left so where the hell am I going to sit?
"hey guys" Zach said, they all shut up as he started to talk "this is Jessica and she will be sitting with us today" he said, they all looked at me, well stared, and I blinked before they all went back to normal. Zach sat at the chair "what about Jessica? where will she sit?" one of the boys asked. Zach looked around and then he shrugged pulling me down onto his lap, I got comfortable as Zach wrapped both his arms around me "hey" the guy next to me said "hi" I replied quietly "i'm Jonah" he said and stuck his hand out, I shook it - I hadn't seen him before "im Daniel" another one said and waved from across the table, I kind knew him, hes in a few of my classes "i'm Corbyn" the one said other side of me said - he was the one that asked where I was going to sit "and you know this dick - Lucas" Zach laughed "ey that wasn't nice" lucas protested "shut it" Jonah said "so are you ready for the game Herron?" Daniel asked "yeah - like dude are you and Jack going to get us the win or what?" Corbyn said "yes of course we will" our soccer team hasn't lost a game since Zach and Jack joined, they won more and more. now they are captains. "hey, you want some chips?" Zach asked I nodded and took a few chips from the bag "I really didn't think you were so quiet" Daniel said as he was smiling at me "yeah i thought you were really loud" corbyn said, I obviously didn't answer. like how was I supposed to? "she is really shy at first" Zach said "but she'll warm up to you eventually" Jack added as Zach wrapped his arms tighter around me "well your pretty tho" Jonah shrugged "thanks" I smiled and grabbed another chip "dont flirt with her dude" Zach said "I was only being nice" Jonah defended himself "she any good in bed?" Lucas ask, making me choke on one of my chips "dude, you dont know how to act infront of girls do you?" jack asked, some of them smirked "yeah that's why he cant get any" I muttered under my breath, but I guess I didn't because the whole table burst out in laughter as Lucas got up and left the table. I watched him walk out of the cafeteria, I didn't mean to hurt his feelings. because there was an empty seat the all moved over one so I could sit on a seat "ey, dont look so worried, he'll get over it" jack said "yep, he deserved it" Daniel chuckled, just like that the bell rang and I stood up from my seat fixing my leggings "what do you have next?" Zach asked "art" I smiled "damn, I have maths and practice after school" he sighed I nodded with a small smile "can one of you guys give her a ride home?" he turned to his friends "cant she just stay and watch us practise?" Daniel asked "I dont want her to wait for two hours" Zach laughed "I dont mind waiting" I shrugged "its not like I have anything better to do" "are you sure?" he asked I nodded "well now you can see how good I am" he winked and kissed the top of my head "it was nice to meet you guys" I smiled at them, they all sent me a 'you too' as I walked off to catch up with annie...
