Jessica's POV

I tucked a piece of hair that fell from my head behind my ear as I got to my locker, I pulled out my Art homework and shoved it in my backpack, I then shut the locker and put my back on properly. tonight is one of those good nights, where I only have one peace of homework to do. as I was looking around I saw Zach walking up to me with a huge amount of confidence radiating off of him
"hey zachy" I said and he liked his lips as he put himself in front of me
"you and I are going on a date tonight" he smiled
I raised my eyebrows "I dont remember ever agreeing to that"
"so you dont want to go?"
"no, no I want to go"
he chuckled "I knew you would" he held my hand
"where are we going then?"
"the dickfuck and Alexis are going to Armani's tonight" I guessed dickfuck meant David
"Armani's?" I asked, and he nodded. I dont know why but ive always been scared of fancy restaurants, mostly because its like people with a lot of money who go there and I dont have much money, I have been there once though, for my grandads 70th birthday. though Zach and jacks families have been there so many times.

"sooo ill be at yours at 6, and our reservation at 6.30 ish" he said, and I nodded as we got to the gates
"what should I wear" I asked
"what ever you want" he shrugged
"Armani's is Fancy though"
"jess its really up to you what you wear"
"but I dont want to over dress or anything!"
"jess.. you cant over dress" he chuckled "anyway, see you later" he said and walked away. I dug through my bag to find my keys, when I finally found them I unlocked my car and threw my bag in the back. I pulled out of the parking spot and I drove home, when I got into the garage I got a text from annie

Ann - hey, you doing anything tonight? x
Me - ugh going to dinner with Zach at 6 - I need you to come over and help me x
Ann - okay, wont be long x

I got out the car and grabbed my bag then walked to the door, it was locked so I grabbed my house keys and unlocked it, I had to push quite hard to get it open and when I got to the kitchen there was a note on the table

Hey jess - your grandad, El and I have gone out for dinner with the Avery's. expect us to be home at like 9 ish. please remember to feed cooper, he will forget.

I nodded and threw the paper away as Annie opened the front door
"hey jess, where are you?" she asked
"kitchen" I replied and grabbed a drink from the fridge, annie immediately took it off me and took a sip then handed it back
"so where are you going?" she asked
"Armani's"
"Armani's.... on the beach front?" she asked
I nodded "that one and I dont know what im going to wear" I sighed "I asked Zach and he was no use - as always - he just said 'wear what ever you want' like thanks man"
annie chuckled "you remember guys really aren't good at that"
I shrugged and took a sip of my drink
"so like a dress?"
"oh no its to cold for that shit" I laughed
"tough. Now this is gonna take some time so likes get on with it" she said and dragged me off to my room, but before we got there the front door slammed shut
"hey cooper!" Annie said
"... hey... why are you here?" he asked
"im helping your sister choose what to wear tonight"
"what's happening tonight?" Ryan Herron asked as he walked out from behind cooper
"jess is going on a date" annie sung
"oh with Zach?" Cooper asked
Ryan spat out the drink he got from somewhere and he began to laugh
"your going on a date with my brother" he said
"yep" I replied
"you do know hes a player right?"
"well I guess he isn't anymore" I shrugged and he did too, then cooper dragged him to his room - Annie doing to same to me but obviously into my room. Annie immediately opened my closet and looked through it, I just sat on my bed and huffed, today has dragged and I dont even know If I will be able to stay awake for much longer.
"what about this jess?" she asked and pulled out a black and white plaid dress with a white under top
"I guess" I shrugged
she took another look at them "hey the tags are still on this, have you worn it before?"
"nah I didn't like the way it looked on me - and I bought it last year"
"well that was last year - go try it on" she said and held them out for me, if I remembered correctly the dress was quite short so this was going to be fun. anyway I stripped from my clothes and put the top on, and then the dress. I walked up to my mirror and looked at myself - one thing is for use.. It definitely looks different on me now.
"you look great! but seems a bit cold, put some tights on" she threw tights at me and I slipped them on
"there!"
"do you think its fancy?" I asked
"its your own kind of fancy - but it will be better with the boots and jacket" she put them in front of me and I added them to my outfit
