Jessica's POV

I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and pull me away from ethan, what the fuck... I turned around to see Zach

"Zach?" I asked
"what the fuck do you think your doing?" he asked
"what are you on about?" I said as Zach glared at ethan
"I was just dancing" I shrugged
"you guys were way to close" he said "go to Corbyn, hes by the sofa's" he ordered
I gasped "no" Zach looked down at me "im having fun" I crossed my arms, Zach then blinked a few times before looking at ethan
"did he touch you?" he asked
"no" I said
"I dont want you near her" Zach hissed at ethan
"okay, how about you calm down huh bud?" ethan said
"how about you stay away from my girlfriend" Zach said
why is he jealous all of a sudden? not gonna say I dont like it but..
"Zach, its fine" I said
"go to Corbyn" he tried to make me go there again "now!" he snapped, I jumped at the change of tone, but his face immediately softened as he placed his hand on my cheek but I quickly pushed it away
"jess, come on" he said
"we were dancing because we are friends, and if you cant handle that then just look away" I shot at him
he rolled his eyes "touch her... I dare you" Zach hissed, ethan licked his lips as Zach walked away
"hes a fucking nutcase" ethan said
"ive never seen him like that before" I shrugged
"he is definitely into you" he said
"oh yeah? how do you know?" I asked
"im pretty sure this whole room can tell he cares about you" he chucked, before I could carry on dancing one of his friends showed up behind him

"man we need to go" he said "where's Jacob?"
"dancing with her friend" ethan said nodding his head towards me "what's your friends name again?"
"Annie?" I said
"right - annie, they are over there" ethan said, his friend went to go get Jacob "im so sorry, I had fun"
"yeah me too" I smiled
"i'll see you around" and with that he left with his friends , I ran up to Annie and she smiled

"hey" she said "I saw that thing with Zach" I refilled my cup "what was it about?"
I shrugged "I dont even know"
"its weird, when you told him off, he actually listened to you. the Zach we know wouldn't do that" she said
"hes probably drunk"
"dude if he is drunk he would of beat up the guy"
"oh he was nice!"
"yeah so was Jacob - are you going to talk to Zach?"
"yeah, maybe later, kinda pissed at him right now" I took a sip of my drink, and I was loving the alcohol ... that's probably a bad thing.
"I think he really cares about you Jess" Annie said and we went back to the dance floor. I looked at the sofa and saw that Zach was gone, I scanned the room and saw him... dancing with Alexis... my heart dropped.

"hold up... did you like Zach?" she asked, my head was doing back flips so I didn't answer
"this is what the plan was for to get her back" I said, not meaning for it to be out loud
"hes dancing with alexis" I tried letting it sink in
"jess, you okay?" annie asked
"fine" I said, Ethan was right. I was starting to develop feelings for him, and I think I might actually like Zach. I blinked a couple times
"girl you dont look fine" she said
"whatever, ugh lets just dance" I said
"'kay" she said slowly

about an hour and a half later
I had drank loads of alcohol as me and annie danced together, then I realised I wanted to go and talk to Corbyn.
"wait" I looked around "I need to talk to Corbyn" I said
"who?"
I walked towards Corbyn, and my head was spinning like crazy. I stumbled over my over feet and Corbyn saw me coming over

"wow, jess, you okay?" he asked. I collapsed into him
"whoopsies" I laughed and tried to help myself up
"jess are you drunk?" he asked chuckling
"noo corby.. of course not!" I said and tapped his nose with my finger "wheres Zach"
"I - uh dancing with Alexis"
"that ass... he should be dancing with me!" I said, he laughed
"maybe I should take you home huh?"
"maye you should go get Zach for me"
"alright - ill go" he said chucking "stay here" he added, I sat down on the sofa next to Jonah
"hey JO!" I said
he chuckled "hello jess, you having fun?"
"the time of my fucking life" I said "whoooo" I stuck my arms in the air

Zach's POV

"dude you got to come with me" Corbyn said
"wait - im trying to make Jess jealous" I said pushing him away
"your doing what?" Alexis asked
"oh shut up" I said and carried on dancing with her
"dude, its about Jess" Corbyn said, I immediately stopped, and looked at him, he pointed at the sofa and I saw her sat there playing with her hands, I followed Corbyn back to her and bent down infront of her

"jess?" I asked and she looked up at me with a smile
"zachy!" she slurred and I stood up, she did too, but straight away she fell into my arms
"oh what the hell guys, what did you do?" I asked, looking mainly at Corbyn
"nothing dude! she came to me like that!" Corbyn said quickly
"she smells like vodka - is she drunk?"
"seems it" Corbyn shrugged
"jess... how many drinks have you had?" I asked, she grabbed her cup and downed the whole thing then she threw it, it hit some guy making Corbyn and I laugh
"urh likeee 5!" she smiled at me, Corbyn looked at me weirdly
"she never drinks"
Corbyn just nodded, as I was holding her up jack came along
"wow dude the fuck? why is she drunk? she never drinks" he said
"i'll explain later, I just need to take her home" I said
"ok - be safe" he said, I nodded and turned back to jess
"come on, lets go home" I said
"nope! Im not going anywhere" she shut her eyes then opened them slowly "you go dance with alexis! its what makes you happy!" she sat on the ground, I sighed and knelt down
"get up jess"
"Alexis makes you happy! its not me! im just some stupid girl you dont like!" she shouted in my face, then she started to cry, Corbyn laughed. fuck. I rolled my eyes and picked her up
"put! me! down!" she shouted into my chest still crying
"jess stop it, we are going home"
"I dont wanna go home! put me down!" she shouted again, I walked up to Annie and saw her with a girl who was identical to her and Lola
"im taking Jess home, shes real drunk" I said
they all smiled and nodded. then I walked outside and the cold air hit my skin. I wonder what time it is? does her nana know about this party? she will get in trouble if I take her home like this, I sighed and set her in the passenger seat of my car. then I buckled her up shutting the door getting into the other side

"where are we going?" she asked
"to my house jess" I started to the car and backed out and then pulled to the direction of my house. it took about 10 minutes to get to mine and I shut the car off and got out, I walked to her side to open her door but she opened it almost hitting me with it, she stumbled out and her eyes widened as she ran to the side of the road to puke, she groaned.

"I know" I said sympathetically and rubbed her back
"come on, ill take you upstairs" I said and picked her up. she started to cry again and I sighed
"jess its okay" I said and my mom opened the door
"shes drunk mom and I cant take her home" I said, my mom nodded "dont tell her nana about this - I dont want her to be in trouble" I asked, and jess was groaning and crying into my shoulder
"hey jess shhh - you gotta be quiet or else you will wake the whole house up" I said she sniffled and nodded. my mom handed me a wet cloth for me to put on her head, but I couldn't, she had buried her head into my neck and she clung on tight.

"you got her zach?" my mom asked
I nodded and followed me upstairs opening the bedroom door for me, I walked in and set her on my bed
"I dont wanna sleep in this dress!! "she moved about and groaned, but atleast she had stopped crying. I dont know if she was sober or what.
"okay okay, shhh. ill get you something" I said and went to my wardrobe, I pulled out one of my biggest t-shirts. I handed it to her and she started to change straight away - It was so hard not to look, but I caught a glance of her and he body was gorgeous, I turned around and sorted my hair out as I grabbed my sweatpants. I pulled my top off and changed my jeans for the sweatpants.

"ill be back in a sec. get into bed" I said and she nodded jumping onto the bed. I walked out and grabbed some aspirin from the cupboard above the sink in the kitchen and then grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge. I saw my mom sat In the living room and went up to her

"mom go to bed" I said and kissed her cheek she nodded
"did you drink?" she asked as I was practically at the top of the stairs
"nah, you know I dont like to drink" she nodded
"take care of Jess, okay?" she asked, I nodded and walked into my room, I saw that she was already passed out. I chuckled and put the stuff on my night stand. I grabbed my pillow and a blanket putting them on the floor, I smiled at her, she looked so cute in my clothes

"alexis doesn't make me happy Jessica" I said, Alexis could never make me happy "you make me happy" I kissed the top of her head and laid on the floor.
"goodnight Jess" I said and covered my body with the blanket I fell asleep really fast...
