After thirty minutes of riding in silence, Akaashi finally decides to break it."Where are we headed?"
"You'll see," you plainly respond, which causes an irk mark to appear on Akaashi's temple.
"What was Bokuto-san talking about earlier? When you saved his life?" Akaashi curiously asks as your browns furrow.
"I don't even know what he meant."
"Stop lying; I'm just trying to have a conversation with you here." He rolls his eyes as you raise a brow.
"Why should you be trying to have a conversation with your kidnapper, Prince? Did you already forget that?" You give him a smirk as more irk marks appear.
"Well, I was just curious about your life," Akaashi admits as he stares at the body of ocean on your guys' right. Your eyes widen for a brief second before you chuckle.
"My life isn't interesting, babe--"
"Yeah, that's exactly why you're called the most deadly thug and thief--N/n-chan!" he mocks Bokuto, Kuroo, and Oikawa which makes you laugh even more.
"That makes me realize, I never got your name." You ignore everything he says. Akaashi's face scrunches.
"You already know my last nam--"
"I know, but I'm curious about your given name, Prince Akaashi," you interrupt which causes his eyes to widen.
"This is the first time you've acknowledged me as your prince," he points out as you lift a brow.
"I'll stop calling you that then," you tease as irk marks appear. You just knew what buttons to push to irritate him.
"I-I don't feel comfortable telling you my name yet," he admits as you understandingly nod which surprises him. Suddenly, another town is seen up ahead and you put your mask on. Akaashi looks at the sign and reads it out loud, "The Hawk's Nest." He turns his head to look around. 'It sure doesn't look like a nest.' The buildings in this town were fancier and the people walking around wore cleaner clothes than those who lived in T Camp. Examining the place, Akaashi's eyes fall on a vendor who's selling his favorite food--onigiri.
"We're just going to pass by very quickly; so don't make eye contact with other people," you whisper behind your mask. When you receive no response, your brows furrow and you turn to see Akaashi looking somewhere.
'I haven't eaten a real meal since I left the castle... Onigiris sound so good,' he thinks to himself as his stomach lightly growls. Seeing where Akaashi was looking, you sigh and motion the horse to go towards the vendor. Once you get close enough, you hop off the horse and walk towards the man.
"4 onigiris." You hold up four fingers as the gray haired man nods. When you look closer at the guy, your eyes widen. "O-Os--"
"Fancy seein' ya here, N/n-chan!" Your brows furrow due to how loudly he said your name.
"Just give me my food," you command. 'I need to get out of here quickly before something happens.'
"I haven't seen you in so long! My bro and I miss ya," he teases you which only makes you more irritated.
"Stop faking your kindness and give me my food, Osamu. I have your money right here." You throw his money on his table.
"Wow! You're actually paying for your stuff for once." He smirks. It was a smirk that you wanted to slap off of his face so badly right now. It was obvious Osamu was up to something. As you're about to snatch the bag of onigiris from his hand, he keeps a tight grip on it. "My brother's looking for ya," he whispers which causes you to stiffen. "You're lucky I don't do that anymore and I've grown out of the child's play of being a thief but watch out. You know how much Tsumu loves mone--"
