During this freetime, Cardin was getting ready to go to Burger Town, as he walks down the hallway, he looks at Yang, who was laying on the bed alone.

Cardin: Hey Yang, where did your friends go?

Yang: They went all went out to get something. I just needed to take a break from what's happening.

Cardin: Ah.

Yang: What about you Cardin?

Cardin: I'm actually just heading out to the new diner.

Awkwardly staring at Yang, Cardin asks Yang out.

Cardin: Would you like to come?

Yang: The new diner?

Cardin: Yeah, it was recently just built.

Yang: Sure, why not. Just let me get my wallet.

-A moment later-

Cardin and Yang walk down the streets of Atlas, although, a bit slumped and down, there was a few times where Mantle had it's moments.

-Pan in to you and Ruby spying on them-

Y/N: So Cardin really is dating your sister.

Ruby: Yang.... What are you doing? She asks worriedly.

Y/N: Give him a chance, I'm pretty sure things would go normally. Hopefully.

Y/N: Well, unlike your girls night out....

-Quick Flashback-

??? OH MY GOD!!! HELP!!! I'M ON FIRE!!!! SOMEONE CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT!!!

You walk around the corner to see team RWBY looking at the building.

Y/N: How in the hell did you guys manage to burn down FunCity?!

Ruby: Well....

Y/N: WAIT, HOW THE HELL DID YOU ACTUALLY MANAGE TO BURN IT DOWN?! THAT HAS A POOL FOR REMNANT'S SAKE!

More screams can be heard in the background.

Ruby: Let's just say... Yang is like a ticking hot potato.

Y/N: I mean, I can understand that, she gets angry and bursts in flames. I still don't understand how you managed to burn the pool down.

-At Burger Town-

You and Ruby wear disguises while setting at the bar, ordering food, and periodically looking at Yang and Cardin.

-Back at Yang and Cardin-

Cardin: Yeah?

Yang: Are you a Cardinal's fan?

Cardin: Yeah.

Yang: What about your weapon's company?

Cardin: What?

Yang: Cardin's Winchesters.

You and Ruby visibly shake from the bad puns emitting from Yang.

Cardin: I think it's neat. I have one question for you, Yang.

Yang: What is it?

Cardin: Did you ever need a hand?

Yang: Eh. Not really. I can just do fine on myself. But maybe...

Yang grabs Cardin's collar.

Yang: You could probably "Win" me over... Chester.

Y/N: No way.

Ruby is eating more faster than before as you hear another bad pun from Cardin.

Cardin: Well... Xiao Long are you going to wait?

Y/N: Cardin. No.

You look back at Ruby as Ruby looks back at you having an unpleasant review.

Ruby: Are they going to-

Y/N: They have the "F me Eyes"! They're going to do it! Those are horrible one-liners!

They both laugh at each other for their terrible puns.

Yang: Oh my god! Where did you get that one liner from?!

Cardin: I just got it by using your name.

Yang: Same thing here! Man! Those were horrible!

You and Ruby both sigh as you continue to eat at the bar.

Y/N: Close one.

Ruby: Yup..

With the spying double date gone by quickly, it was only a matter of time before work could come back... But as for some things are not misinterpreted.
