Today is Sunday, it's been a week since I came back and everything is going smoothly. Kao and I spend almost everyday together and today he invited me to join him in visiting an orphanage as part of their company's charity event. We'll go there together with his family.

When we arrived, I was amazed by the whole place as it was very close to nature. There is a wide grassland, trees, a lake and 2 small buildings that serve as the home of the children and the nuns.

I looked around and see the setting of the event which seems like a birthday party

Kao held my hand and led the way together with his parents.

The event was fun. There were games prepared for the children to enjoy and everyone was having fun, until I noticed one child who did not join, he stood up, turned his back and walked towards a nearby tree and sat there.

Kao was busy assisting the other children so I decided to approach the child on my own.

"Don't you find it fun?" He just looked at me with a surprised look on his face and averted his eyes as I sat beside him.

"Don't you want to join them?"

"I'm scared. I'm not friends with anyone."

"Hmm. What's your name then?" I asked him and he looked at me.

"Hin."

"Ok then Hin. Let's be friends ok?" I told him and offered my hand which he reached for while facing the ground.

"From now on I'm your friend and before I leave today I'll make sure that you'll never feel alone or lonely anymore. Let's go." I said as I dragged him back to the crown while he's trying to resist.

"Come on. Let's go. We'll get something for you."

"No. No." As he pulled himself away from me. Kao seemed to notice where I was so the next thing I know he was in front of me asking me what's wrong.

"He's scared. He said he don't have friends." Kao looked at Hin before he knelt in front of him and patted his head. He talked to him while I just watched listened to them.

The view of Kao talking to a child makes my heart swell. It was like seeing an impossible dream happening right before my eyes. I couldn't help but smile at the thought, in the end Kao offered his hand to Hin which Hin accepted. Hin turned to me and offered his hand which I also held and the three of us walked hand in hand.

I'm lost in my thoughts, keeping a wide smile on my face when we reach our seats. We lead Hin to his seat while I stay beside him. Kao pat his head and said

"I'll get you something." I was confused when he made his way towards the children playing and joined in their games. I couldn't help but laugh because I never imagined him to be good with children.

My eyes drifted on the sides where his parents and co-workers are standing, they are all watching Kao with a wide smile on their face. I didn't notice when Kao walked to our side and handed over the prize to Hin.

The two of them were having their own talk when his mom approached me. She flashed a smile

"The 3 of you look good together."

I became flustered with her words and she just laughed at my reaction.

"You're like a son to me Earth, Thank you. I've never seen him like this before." I looked at Kao as he have his conversation with Hin

"He's perfect Ma. Thank you for letting me be with him." I said and she gave me a hug. The moment she let go, I was immediately pulled by Kao who's practically dragging me somewhere
