Arukenimon's Tangled Web

I felt nothing but fear as Dokugumon etched cloaer and closer to us, his large fangs shown for the world to see.

"Hey Lady, don't you know any other tunes?" Davis shouted at Arukenimon, who continued to play the same tune on the flute ahe used to control Stingmon and Digmon.

"This is why I don't surf the internet- I have web sites!" Davis exclaimed before showing at X-Veemon for help.

"Help you? We're kind of busy up here!" X-Veemon shouted back punching our friends. I watched Firamon bit down hard on Digmon before he was thrown back and groaned in pain from the impact.

"Digmon, stop it!" Cody shouted, "Don't you realize you're fighting your friends?"

"Yeah, guys, can't we all just get along?" Firamon asked.

"They can't hear us you guys." Lekismon said.

I turned my head at the sound of more growling. Dokugumon was getting closer and closer.

"Oh, no, we're bug meat." Davis said, "Well, guys, this is goodbye."

"It was nice knowing you all." Ken gave in to defeat.

I was terrified, but I wasn't ready to die at thw hands of a nasty fake spider. I looked around to see if there was any chance of getting out of here. That's when I realized something.

Ken, Davis, Raya and my arms were stuck to the web, but Cody was free.

"Cody, try to contact the others." I said. He jumped and turned to face me.

"Yeah, Kimi's right, Cody, you're out only hope." Davis backed me up.

"We're useless, but your hands are free. Contact the others and tell them to come and help us." Ken said.

Cody looked around nervously. I couldn't blame him, we were about to ask for help to attack our friends. I didn't want to, but we had to in order to save them.

"Don't brain freeze on us! Just do it!" Davis shouted.

Cody quickly pulled out his D-terminal and emailed the others for help.

"Raya, can't you just turn into a Digi-form and get us out of here?" Ken asked.

Raya shook her head, "No, I can't reach my digivice. I have to touch it in order to accept the data." She explained.

A minute later, Cody received a reply from Yolei.

"She says that she's got her hands full." Cody read off the message.

"Don't give yp! Try Kari and Tk." Davis said and Cody messaged them for help.

"Um, I'm afraid they can't come, either." Cody said after receiving a reply, "We're on our own."

The fear came back when I heard Dokugumon growling as he came closer to us.

I trembled at the thought of us not making it out of this. I wouldn't see my baby brother grow up. I wouldn't see my brothers graduate high-school and move on to college.

"Cody, you've got to help us!" Ken shouted.

Cody frantically looked around and his eyes widened when he saw something on the wall.

"A thermostat, hmm? Which means there must be a air conditioner nearby." Cody said, "That's it. We can blow Dokugumon off the web. It's worth a try. What do you say?"

The four of us agreed. Ken looked dowm at his feet and saw a piece of wood left behind from when we fell into the web.

He used his feet to pick it up and then turned towards Davis.
