NATALIA WASN'T sure why they had landed. The Mandalorian had said something about old friends and quick job. All that she knew was that she was supposed to watch the child and stay in the ship. But Natalia being Natalia got curious. So she put the child to sleep and paced it in a compartment.

She didn't like not knowing what was going on, especially if it had the potential of putting her or the child in harms way and judging by the Mandalorian's other "friends" she didn't exactly trust whoever these ones were. So when she walked out of the ship to see a Twi'lek woman with a blade pressed to the Mandalorian's neck, you could say she was a little on edge.

"Drop the knife." Natalia ordered as she aimed her blaster at the woman.

The woman looked past the Mandalorian to Natalia, her eyes widening slightly before a smile began to form on her face. "Is this what you've been doing?" She asked, breaking into a hysterical laugh.

"Put the blaster away." The Mandalorian said. "These guys are with us."

"You can't be serious?" Natalia asked with a scoff.

"They're with us." The Mandalorian repeated.

"Mando, you've got yourself a lady?" A bald man standing next to Natalia asked.

"I'm not his lady." Natalia stated as she placed her blaster back into it's holster.

"This is shiny." The Twi'lek woman said as she tapped her blade on the Mandalorian's armor. "You wear it well."

"Do we need to leave the room or something?" The bald man asked.

"Is this like, an old fling of yours?" Natalia asked as she pointed between the two.

"We'll, Xi'an's been a little heartbroken since Mando left our group." An older man said.

"Aw." The bald man taunted. "You gonna be okay, sweetheart?"

"Oh, I'm all business now." X'ian stated as she pointed her blade at the Mandalorian's helmet. "I learned from the best."

"All right, lovebirds. Break it up till you get on the ship." The old man said as they began walking towards a holo panel. "Right now, we don't have much time."

"Much time?" Natalia questioned. "For what?"

"A job." The Mandalorian said.

"A job?" Natalia asked, walking beside them as they followed the group. "I thought we decided to go to Chandrila?"

"This will be quick." The Mandalorian reassured.

"So, the package is being moved on a fortified transport ship." The bald man said as he put up an image of the ship. Natalia's eyes widened as she stared at the ship's design. "Now, we got a limited window to board, find our friend, and get him out of there before they make their jump."

"That's a New Republic prison ship." Natalia argued.

"Your man wasn't taken by a rival syndicate. He was arrested." The Mandalorian stated.

A smirk formed on the bald man's face as he leaned on the table. "So what?"

"That's a max security transport." Natalia argued.

"We're not looking for that kinda heat." The Mandalorian declared.

"Well, neither are we. So just don't mess up." The older man said.

"The good news for you is the ship is manned by droids." X'ian said before poking his shoulder. "Still hate the machines, Mando?"

"Despite recent modifications, the ship is still quite a mess." Natalia jumped slightly, whipping her head around to see a droid walking down the ramp of the ship. She hadn't even known the thing boarded it. "The power lines are leaking, the navigation is intermittent, and the hyperdrive is only operating at 67.3% efficiency. We have much better ships. Why are we using this one?"

"Cause the Razor Crest is off the old Imperial and the New Republic grid. It's a ghost." The older man said.

"Yeah, and we need a ship tht can get close enough to jam New Republic code. So, when we drop out of hyperspace here." The bald man said as a diagram of the course to take began to form on the holo panel. "If we immediately bank into this kinda attitude, we should be right in their blind spot, which will give us just enough time for your ship to scramble our signal."

"It's not possible. Even for the Crest." The Mandalorian declared.

"That's why he's flying." The older man said as he gestured towards the droid. The bald man broke into a laugh as Natalia crossed her arms over her chest. "Mando, I know you're a pretty good pilot, but we need you on the trigger. Not the wheel."

"We're not doing this." Natalia muttered as she turned to the Mandalorian. "I helped build this New Rupiblic and I'm not about to do whatever this is for you or your friends." She whispered.

"Don't worry, Mandalorian." The droid reassured. "My response time is quicker than organics." The droid snapped it's fingers. "And I'm smarter too."

"Alright, yeah. That's good." The older man said before the droid walk off into the ship with the others. "Forgive the programming. He's a little rough around the edges. But he is the best."

"How can you trust it?" The Mandalorian asked.

Natalia rolled her eyes, an annoyed groan falling past her lips. They were about to break into a prison transport that belonged to the New Republic. The same New Republic she had helped build. Natalia was going to break all of her morals in a few hours and all he was worried about was a damn droid?

"You know me, Mando." The older guy said as he patted the Mandalorian's shoulder. "I don't trust anybody."
