Chapter 0: You're not mine anymore

Neveah's POV:

I slipped my back pack off my shoulders as I took my seat on the plane headed for Milan.

A window seat.

I pulled my Beats from their black case and laid them over my ears, resting on my head.

After unlocking my phone I opened up Apple Music and scrolled down to my best friend's album Bloom then his song Let You Go before locking it and leaning back into the seat.

"Since you left, I've been holding on to a memory" He sang softly as the guitar played.
"Since you walked out that door"
"And you said I changed and you're so damn sick of me"
"You're not mine anymore, 2-3-4"

The lyrics hit home, it was a song that I related to considering I helped write it.

"She said I'd die for you, you're like my drug but I can't get high off you"
"You're not mine anymore..."

I looked down at my wrist only to see the bracelet she had made me with her intitals 'AG'

My eyes began to water as the memories that I tried so hard to forget came flooding back.

I quickly took the bracelet off and stuffed it into my backpack before closing my eyes and trying to sleep in an attempt to temporarily forget my trip here.

To forget her.

To forget Ariana.

She didn't choose me.
