[Promise's POV]

December 6th,

I was fast. I have never ran so fast in my life. Maybe it was because I was scared, but damn. I pulled a Pietro (lol sorry not sorry).

I came to a stop right in front of the gatedoor, partly cause I didn't know where the door even was, and partly cause I needed a breathe.

Looking back on it now, if you told me that I ran faster than I ever could because a vampire king was chasing (more like flying) me, I would laughed in your face. But now, I would have just gave you a 'not surprised but dissapointed' "yeah". 

I wanted to check if he was coming after me, but at the same time, didn't want him to know he caught me. In the end, I slowly turned around and brought my head to look up. Just like I had predicted, there he was. Coming straight at me. Coming straight at me......

Shit.
