What if, in the end, you had a chance to do it all over again...but differently?
I'm not talking about reincarnation. Leaves too much to chance, wouldn't want to run the risk of coming back as a dung beetle. What I am talking about is a chance to be reborn, as yourself, at the same time, but with no recall. No memories, of the past or future and no chance of you knowing you're doing it all over again.
It's not like a choose your own adventure story, it wouldn't be fair or as fulfilling to select from limited choices...turn left or right. Multiple possibilities out of your control, because only The Observer, the original life lived, gets to see how her reality COULD have been if something, anything, changed. She will watch you, the subject, live her life and those memories become hers...making her more complete, enlightened...leaving you happy and loved, your heart ripped in a million pieces, or any combination, the possibilities are endless!
Then, it happens all over again...another life lived, decisions and more memories made. More laughter, tears and surprises...a life lived by you but your experiences are ultimately for someone else. Is there such a thing as a perfect life? Is there anything you would do differently to try to live one?
