Chapter 16

THIRD PERSON

Uma turned around in time to see Harry finally kiss Holly. Her eyes widened when she saw Holly's white hair begin to turn blue again, not all of it but the ends. After maybe 10 seconds Harry broke away but stayed relatively close to Holly's face. He looked at her hair as about half of it was blue again. Suddenly Holly gasped and her eyes shot open frantically. Her eyes calmed down when she saw Harry. She locked eyes with him,

"H-Harry?!"

She said in disbelief. Harry's eyes widened at her liveliness. They both threw their arms around each other simultaneously. Harry held her tightly to him as she got her breathing under control. He gently combed through her hair with his fingers as even he had to get it back together. Uma ran over and kneeled down to their level as she threw her arms around both Harry and Holly,

"I t-thought I w-was dead"

She whispered. Harry shook his head and put his hand on the back her head,

"Not on our watch lassie, not on our watch"

He whispered as she came apart a little, relieved to have the only skimmed death,

"We're just sorry it took us this long to find you"

Uma said as she broke from the hug, but the pair didn't budge. Holly practically latched onto Harry, he gripped onto her so tightly in return.

Eventually, Harry helped Holly sit up. Harry felt how cold she still was so he took off his jacket and wrapped her in it because it was sleeveless she just kept her arms inside of it,

"Do you remember what happened?"

Uma asked as they both helped Holly stand up,

"Yeah, I was out here, preferably so you guys wouldn't find me because I didn't want you to watch me die when Celia found me. I never told her about my ember thing so I wasn't mad at her. She was trying to find out why my hair was turning white when Audrey came out of nowhere. I actually fended her off for a while until she got Celia and I couldn't attack her anymore because she had Celia in front of her so she beat me up pretty severely before putting the sleeping spell on me and taking Celia"

"Damn, well we've been out here looking for you for probably an hour now and we haven't seen her"

Holly shook her head,

"We need to find her stat, she's like another little sister to me"

"So wait, you and Mal are sisters?"

Uma said with a raised brow. Holly laughed a little and nodded,

"Yeah, she's my little sis"

Uma nodded and processed everything,

"Can we talk about that more in-depth later?"

"Of course"

Holly looked at her feet and took a few more deep breaths. Harry stood behind Holly and had his arms wrapped around her waist to help support her since she was still rather weak. She leaned back into him and thought about where Audrey could've gone.

While she thought, Uma walked around and found some more purple feathers on the ground left from Audrey's cape. Holly picked up a piece of her hair to see that it was now like a white to blue gradient. As Uma looked around, Harry leaned into Holly's ear and whispered,

"Yer not mad at me are ye?"

Holly turned to face Harry,

"Why would I be mad?"
