"chris bang, you have earned yourself detention" spoke the teacher
"what?! why?!"
"you are on other tabs instead of working on your study guide"
"i'm... changing my... music" he said while switching from youtube to the correct tab
"are you back sassing me?"
"no sir"
"yes you were, extra 15 minutes in detention for you"
chris sighed softly, you smiled at him. you switched on a music video on the youtube tab and looked at him. he looked at you and then your computer. he shook his head for you to do your work.
you don't usually do this, but since your best friend got detention, you might as well get it too. you kick back, set your hands behind your head and watch the video. the teacher comes up behind you.
"y/n, are you trying to get detention too?"
"if you want me to"
the teacher looked shocked because you're such a good girl. he was in disbelief of your actions.
"same time for both of you, see you after school"
you smiled at chris while the teacher walked away from the two of you.
"why did you do that?"
"because my best friend doesn't need to be alone, no matter what"
he smiles at you, and looks down.
"i hate you. i hate you so much"
you chuckled at his response and switched back to the correct tab.
"come on, let's do our work" you said to him
