A month has passed since our encounter with Tita Sandra's sister. Nothing bad has happened so I assume that her threats were just empty.

A lot has been going on for me. We started rehearsing for another play again. I got the role of the antagonist which I have always wanted.

Due to the demands of the club, I don't often see Xander lately. He still takes me home but sometimes rehearsals end late so I told him to just go home early and asked my dad to pick me up.

"I miss him so much! What the hell should I do?" Faith whined. She told us that she and Ian fought because she promised to meet him but she forgot. We were very busy with the play and we had an emergency meeting that day. It completely slipped her mind to inform Ian so now here we are.

"I still think Ian is being so petty about this sh*t. I mean, he should understand that you're hella busy right now," Danica said.

"I think I get Ian though," Shine contradicted. "I mean, he was just mad because Faith didn't tell him and he must've waited for God knows how long."

"I know! It's all my fault!" Faith said before covering her face. "I don't know how to face him tomorrow."

"Tomorrow? What's up with tomorrow?" Shine asked.

"Mom invited them." Faith groaned.

"And that is why you should never date someone very close with your family," Danica said, looking at Sunshine.

"Why are you looking at me?" Shine asked.

"Jaden Key Jr. Ring a bell?" Nica smirked.

Shine blushed. "Are you going out already?" I asked, getting excited.

"What? No," Shine answered.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Because I'm afraid to tell him I like him," she answered.

Nica sighed. "I have weak friends."

I scoffed. "Excuse me?"

"Oh, my God! He's calling!" Faith exclaimed while showing us her phone. She immediately pressed the answer button. "Hello?"

"Hey, I still have some work to do. I'll see you girls later," Shine said before standing up and walking out of the cafeteria.

"Hello? Ian?" Faith said. Danica and I looked at her.

She removed her phone from her ear and looked at the screen. "Wait! He hung up on me without even saying a single word! Why did he even call in the first place?!" she said before covering her face.

"You should probably meet with Xander too," Danica told me while we're watching Faith. I looked at her with my eyebrows furrowed. "You don't want that to happen to you, right?" she asked.
