"You want water or something" mia asked for reassurance as she poured herself more orange juice

I shook my head "nah I'm good"

"So after he left what happened what's you do" mia asked sitting down "I just locked myself in the room I don't know it was like...I wanted to go fix it but I was scared of him" I mumbled

"Mia he changed in that moment I mean I had seen him go from happy to sad and blah blah but never like this he was angry.. at me" i wiped my face of the tears

"Your neck isn't as bad anymore" she said making me look up form my phone and instantly held my hands to my neck "yeah I know I think it looked worse in the picture than it did in person though"

"Are you nervous to talk to him" she asked lowly as I nodded "yeah I'm just trying to wrap my head around the whole thing still"

"I don't know what happened mia...I just- th-the only person who I feel like can comfort me and make me feel safe and take away this horrible feeling is the same one who caused it" I said sobbing at this point with my head in my hands  "I'm so scared of him mia but I don't to be I swear I
d-don't"

I felt mia sit next to me and wrapped her hands around as she rubbed my side "I love you kaliah and I know you'll get through this cause your one of the strongest people I know" she said lowly making me smile a bit through the tears as we just stayed next to each other embrace in a hug as she tried telling me jokes to get me to stop crying.

"stop crying let's talk about the trip the don and Chris want to go on so bad" she chuckled wiping my face making me smile

"Have you decided on if you're going or not" she asked "I don't know I mean I want to but me and dave had said yes and I know they booked the whole thing already but they don't know what happened and what if Dave decides to go it's just a lot to consider"

"Yeah I understand... but you know you can room with me and Chris I mean you might have to sleep in the bathroom for a couple hours while we do a lil sum" she said jockingly making just out laughing

"Stoppp" i laughed

I don't know what I would do with out her.

Back in New York dave was sitting in a psychiatrists waiting room. His nerves were at an all time high. He just wanted to see kaliah. He missed her. But he also knew he was probably the last person she wanted to see.

"David Brewster" the receptionist said aloud as both Dave an his mom stood up. They were the only ones in the psychiatrists office so it was in no time that they were let in after someone walked out.

"David David how you been my man" the doctor who's name was 'Deon Jones' fretted the both of them. He has been David's psychiatrists for as long as they both could remember. He embraced him in a hug and then hugged Dave's mom right after "I've been ok but I umm had a problem with my girl"
