She read like an open book with her warm and optimistic personality. She was a tutor to many students at Hogwarts, from all houses. Diya prided herself on her ability to be liked by many, if not all. Even students from Slytherin admired the girl, despite her being from a "rival house."
But, in reality, Diya had a closet full of bones that she had buried deep. At night they haunted her in her sleep, but when morning rolled around, she pushed the thought deeper and plastered her usual smile on her face.
Diya was doing an excellent job of keeping her secrets buried deep, but all that changed when Sirius Black and the Marauders became determined to know the person behind the smiles and tutoring sessions.
As a war begins to roll around, and people begin to choose sides, Diya finds herself struggling to hold on to her facade, and a certain nosey group of boys is not helping.
