God, this day was dragging along so slowly.

And I was starting to feel tired.

I made my way to the bathroom and splashed my face with some cold water hoping it would keep me up for a while.

On my way to Josh's office, I ran into Hayley. I'm

"Hi Patrick!" She chirped.

I looked around making sure there wasn't another patrick.

"You silly." She laughed and got closer to me.

Her laugh sounded like music to my ears.

My cheeks started to get heated.

"Soo where are you going?" She asked.

"To Josh's office. What about you?"

"Tyler's office. He's so boring, ugh." Hayley rolled her eyes.

I gave a slight laugh.

"Do you want to skip and go somewhere?" She asked.

"I-I rather not. I don't want get into any trouble on my first day." I said a bit nervously.

She smiled.
"That's cool, go to Josh's office ya goody two shoes." She said, with a laugh.

Wow, every time she laughs I get goosebumps.

"Alright, see you later." I said and continued walking to Josh.

Did I have a crush on that red headed girl? I never really looked at her twice. Spoke to her even. Now she's talking to me out of nowhere.

Well now I'm in a hell of a good mood.

"Hi Josh." I said, my tone a bit more happier than usual.

"Wow, you look happy. That's good. I want you to stay that way." He said.

"Well.. Are you okay? I mean after talking about all of that stuff do you still feel the same way?" He asked.

"Honestly, I don't feel changed at all."
I feel like my response was a little harsh especially because Josh even got teary eyes while helping me.

He let out a chuckle.

"At least you were honest. That's okay, we're going to work on you. So hopefully when you're out of this place you don't feel like killing yourself."

I made my way to the table Gerard, Frank, Mikey & I sat at usually and to my surprise Lindsey was there.

And so was... Hayley?

I sat in my regular seat and greeted them all.

"So what are we talking about?" I asked.

"Nothing much." Hayley smiled.

"We were actually about to go." Lindsey said.

"Why?" Gerard asked.

"Oh, we have to go back to our dorms for something." She said.

"Okay, see you guys later."

Hayley unexpectedly gave me a hug, then walked away.

"How come you got a hug?" Frank asked.

"I wish Lindsey would hug me." Gerard said, sounding a bit upset.

"When are you planning to tell her that you like her?" I questioned.

"She mostly likely has a boyfriend. Do you see how beautiful she is?" Gerard said.

"Yeah, you're way out of league anyway." Frank said.

Gerard rolled his eyes.

"I'm just fucking with ya, Gee."

My eyes wandered over to Mikey. He hasn't said anything at all.

"You okay?" I asked him.

He nodded and put on his best fake smile.

"If you need to talk, I'm here ok?"

"I'll keep that in mind." He smiled, this time it was a real smile i think.

The bell rang.

We said our goodbyes and headed our separate ways.
