"I record a conviction in relation to the offence. The victim: Ms. Sybil Smith's family filed a case on Ms. Aceso Smith in account of assault and murder attempt on November 25, 2018.
The offender entered a plea of guilty on May 20, 2020, which was before the scheduling of any trial. In accordance with evidences and references, the offender is sentenced to a term of 16 months' imprisonment which is reduced to 10 months due to the authentic medical reports of mental illness of the offender being the patient of borderline personality disorder, commencing on July 05, 2020 and concluding on May 14, 2021 for assault and evading police, in reference to the section 57 from chapter 1 of title 3 related to section 11 from chapter 2 of title 1.
The offender was falsely accused for the murder attempt of her own sister and the court announces her innocence for this accusation and demands sincere apology from the victim in reference to the section 12 from chapter 2 of title 1.
Or the offender will be charged with equivalent penalty of 4000 Philippines Peso.
There will be no further prosecution. The court is dismissed."
