Remus (surprise!)
Remus didn't tell his parents that he was going to Westward. He didn't think they would have an issue with him going to see Roman, it was just that visiting day was coming up in March. Hell, he wasn't going Westward for Roman. It was for Virgil. March is when he was supposed to see Roman. It seemed iolsating but he knew people got around it by going into town and having lunch.

The youngest in that school was thirteen, they really needed their parents so it made sense that people would find their way around somethings. At least, Remus thought so. The visitation was one thing they could easily find their way around. They just knew he would be back late and probably climb in through his window, or crash at a friend's place. Remus wasn't sure what Virgil wanted but he was going to find out.

Remus had gotten up around noon that day, he always stayed up late but since Roman left he had been having trouble sleeping. He was in Roman's room but he was sleeping in there less often, but it was still hard. Remus had figured that he would have to deal with separation later and that was after a summer of being together until the winter break, in some ways it was better he dealt with it now rather than later. He asked himself what would Roman want from his room but then just left it be. He couldn't guess his brother's mind too well but well enough. Roman could always figure out what he was thinking, in some ways it felt unfair to Remus but then he was reminded that his rap sheet would be a whole lot worse if Roman didn't step in. He missed Roman. He dragged himself out of bed and to the bathroom.

He showered and got dressed. He wore dark jeans and a green shirt. He texted Virgil and told him that he might be running a little behind. He got his jackets and his wallet then he slid down the stairs.

"Someone is giddy this morning." He heard Gloria from the dining room. Remus smiled and walked in.

"Of course I am, Virgil asked me to visit. I assume my parents are at the office?" Remus asked her. Gloria shook her head and threw him his keys.

"They said to tell you that but I suspect that they are going away for the weekend. They left this morning. Should I expect you tomorrow?" She asked.

Since Roman moved away, Gloria really had stepped up and became his rock. She was nice though and helped a lot. She didn't mind that he was in the basement a lot and would bring him snacks when he locked himself in there while doing a project. That's what she did for him while he was working on Virgil's canvas. Then again, Remus wanted to impress the guy who was friends with Roman. Just friends, he was assured but Remus suspected otherwise. But no one could replace Roman though. Remus shrugged.

"I am not sure to be honest. I'll let you know tonight. With Roman and Virgil anything is possible." Remus said.

"Has he finally asked Virgil out?" Gloria asked.

Remus shook his head. "Roman's a bit of a pussy when it comes to love." Gloria hit him lightly and shook her head.

    "Watch your mouth."

"Nah, anyway I already talked with Virgil about past relationships because I was having a time with that kid if you remember." Remus told her.

"Ah yes, the one who stood outside when it snowed because he didn't understand that you were not interested despite you being so very clear." Gloria said, he suspected she was being a little sarcastic but he didn't care. Remus nodded. It was something like that. Remus had slept with the guy and he thought that meant Remus was interested in a relationship. Remus did not do relationships, they were messy and he had to rely on someone other than himself and Roman.

That shit was dangerous in his opinion. But still, he assumed that Remus was interested in him.

Granted he went a district away and he doesn't have the reputation over there, but still.
