America

Eight years when by. Russia got a job and helped save up so that we'd be able to move out of Janet's house.

The kids started going to school. Russia and I both decided to teach them our own languages but I also wanted to teach them ASL just in case.

Toby grew to be the tallest out of the three even though he was the last one born. Apparently he's developed separation anxiety and refuses to leave Russia or my side.

Viktor is the shortest but most bold of the triplets. Vik constantly stole Russia's ushanka until Russia gave in and bought him one. He did the same with my sunglasses so I got him a pair.

Khristina is on the odd side. She refuses to wear shirts or dresses and would rather wear shorts. She also doesn't play with other girls, she seems more interested in hanging out with her brothers.

Viktor and Khristina always fight over everything while Toby prefers to stay out of it. Whenever they start fighting, Toby comes to Rus and me for help.

They started going to elementary school. Toby was eager to learn while his siblings were not so excited.

Everyday we had a schedule. The kids go to school while Russia and I go to work. Russia took up an office and so did I. We'd come home at the same time so we had enough time to catch up.

But today was a little different. Today was the kids birthday so we decided to go on a little outing with them.

I woke up in the morning at ten am and decided to let everyone rest while I made breakfast. I got out of bed and picked out an outfit. I chose a pair of cargo shorts and my black NATO t-shirt.

I left the room, making sure to close the door quietly so I wouldn't wake Russia. I made my way down the stairs and to the kitchen.

I dug around in the cabinets for ingredients to make breakfast. After looking around a bit, I decided to make pancakes and bacon.

I got the batter together and poured it on a pan. I was too busy focusing on breakfast that I didn't even notice Russia walking up behind me.

He snaked his arms around my waist and hugged me. I jumped in fear but soon calmed down when I realized it was just him.

"How'd you sleep?" I ask, flipping over the pancake.

"Fine until you left me." He mumbled while resting his head on my shoulder.

"Sorry I left, but I had to make breakfast. Could you hand me that plate?" I pointed to a plate that I had set aside to place the pancakes on.

Russia mumbled but handed the plate to me anyways. I picked up the pancake from the pan and placed it on the plate. I continued until there were seven pancakes.

Russia let go of me so that I could get plates out for the kids. Once I finished plating the food, I set it on the table.

"Russia, could you go wake the kids?"

"Yeah, I got it." He walked off while I went to get the drinks. Toby always wanted chocolate milk and so did Khristina. Viktor was like Russia and preferred orange juice.
