12. Nightmares..⚡️

Tessa POV

*1 year later*

Life is crazy... the twins are three! They are the cutest but silliest twins in the world

I'm so proud of them, and I love them to death.... but there's a thing I'm so sad about

My little boy... he started having nightmares 6-7 months ago and they won't stop, we have tried everything

Trust me EVERYTHING, and the worst thing is that, they're almost every night. It's just so sad...... He's scared to fall asleep

And we don't know what to do, he's the happiest little boy at day but at night, he just.... suffers

Yesterday was our one year anniversary being married, and trust me it was way better than last year

Hardin took me to Hawaii for one week and now we are heading back, we had the best time of our life. We are definitely going back

The twins stayed at ken and Karen's house... I missed them so much, his little devil laugh and their disasters

We just got out of the plane and now we are driving back

"I had the best week of my life" I smile at hardin

He puts his hand on my thing "me too baby, we are definitely going back, but maybe this time with the twins"

"They would love it" I smile looking at his dimples

"Although we couldn't just walk naked and have sex everywhere" he's just so pervert

"Not everything is about sex hardin"

"Says the one that was screaming my nam-" I punch his arm

"Stop" I say and he looks at me with a big grin on his face

After 2 hours we finally arrive to kens house, I ring the bell and hear little footsteps

Karen opens the door and I see my two little cuties running to me

"Mommy!" They both scream, I get down to their height and the hug me tight

"I missed you both so much" I kiss their heads. Then they see Hardin and run to him

"Thank you so much Karen" I hug her and she hugs me back

"No problem sweetie, we had the best time ever! How was your flight?"

"It was fine..... how was auden? Did he had any nightmares?" I ask a little sad

"Yeah... last night was the worst one" hearing that breaks me heart

"You should definitely take him so a specialist" she tells me

"We did he just doesn't like it" I look at them and Hardin is tickling them

They both laugh "daddy stopppp!" Emery says laughing

"Ok well we are going to leave, seriously thank you so much for taking care of them, when Ken gets home tell him I'm so thankful"

We hug and the kids give a goodbye hug to Karen, we get in the car and drive to our apartment

"Did you had fun at grandmas and grandpas house?" I ask them

"Yess! We ate cookies!" Emery tells me with a huge smile

"And you buddy?" I look at him and he's looking out the window

"It was ok" I sight

"How dose ice cream sound?" Hardin asks trying to light up the mood

"Yessss" They both scream

We drive to a ice cream place, eat ice cream and then pick up bailey our dog from Molly's house

When we get home the twins run to the playroom and we put the things away

"He had nightmares" I tell hardin and he hugs me

"I know baby, they don't just stop" I look at him with tears

"I hate seeing him like that"

"Me too..." he kisses my head softly

When we finish unpacking I look at the hour and it's already 7:30 pm

I walk to the playroom "time for bath"

"No mommy, can we go to the park?" Auden asks

"No buddy, maybe tomorrow, but you both need to sleep" as soon as I say that Auden tenses

I kiss his head and pick him up "I'm going to make you a bath with lots of bubbles and toys ok" he nods

After the bath, I put their pijamas on and we eat dinner

"This is so good babe" Hardin tells me with a smile

"Yummyyyy" Auden says with his mouth full of food

We laugh and finish eating, I brush their teeth and put them to bed "what book do you want me to read?"

"Princess!" Emery says

"Nooo! The dinosaur one!" Auden says, Emery crosses her arms and looks away

Hardin walks in "what about we read the one of the animals" the both love that one

"Yesss!" They both say, Auden lays on emery's bed and I sit on their rocking chair, and start reading

When I finish reading I see emery asleep and Auden looking at me

I put him on his bed "goodnight bud" I kiss his forehead and he hugs me tight

"Can I sleep with you and daddy?"

"No bud" Hardin sits on his bed "we know you are scared but I promise it's ok" he holds his hand

He turns around and get under the covers, after 1 minute he looks at me with tears

I look at hardin and then hug him "shhh it's ok, you can sleep with us" I pick him up and carry him to our room

I put him on the middle of the bed, and ley next to him

"tessa you can't just always say yes! he's going to get used to it and he has to sleep on his own bed!"
