"No" matigas kong sabi. Hindi ko kayang makita ang mukha ng nerd. Baka masuka pa ako.

Nagkatiginan ang nerd at si Mr. Cuando na tila nag-uusap sa pamamagitan ng mga mata. May relasyon kaya ang dalawa? Tss

"Well then, I heard about what you did to Ms. Jacinto, Ms. Santos." Huminto ito saglit. May kinuha sa cabinet na folder. "You've been a bully since your first week of your first year college, Ms. Santos" tumigil ulit ito at tiningnan si nerd.

They really have a relationship. Mga bakla!

"And? Do I get a detention? A suspension?" I crossed my arms. Wala akong pakialam kahit dean pa ang kaharap ko.

"No. But since you have so many complaints about you being a bully and I can't just ignore it. I decided to give you a little punishment. Just a little"

"Why not make it awfully grand?" I raised my eyebrow. I want a suspension for a month.

"It is my decision, Ms. Santos." Mabilis nitong sagot. Tss. "I saw your grades since first year college up 'til now. You have a good grades." Of course, I have. I'm not an idiot like Therese. Pangit na nga bobo pa! anak talaga ito ni Teresa Jacinto mga bobo!

"Okay? Where is this conversation going?" naiinip na ako kung ano ang gusto niotng iparating.

Naglakad ako sa sofa para maupo, nakakapagod pa lang tumayo habang naghihintay kung kelan matatapos magsalita ang matanda. So slow.

"I want you to be a buddy to Owen Dash Sollano-"

"Who the fuck is that?" putol ko sa matanda

"Language, Ms. Santos"

"So, who is that freaking Owen-whatever?"

"This is is Owen Dash Sollano" turo nito kay nerd. Hindi ko napigilang matawa. Ang ganda ng pangalan pero ang bantot ng mukha. Letche!

"Stop laughing, Ms. Santos!" I bit my lower lip to stop my laugh. "Be serious here!"

"I am serious, Mr. Cuando"

Tahimik pa rin ang nerd na nakayuko. Iba ang kilos nito ngayon sa nakita niya kanina pagkabukas ng pintuan. Para itong aso na naputulan ng buntot ngayon hindi katulad kanina na parang hari.

"You will be Mr. Sollano's buddy until you both graduate fourth year college-"

"Until what?! What the fuck are you talking?!" napasigaw na ako. I can accept if it only takes a week. But two to three years as his buddy? No fucking way!

"I said language, Ms. Santos!"

"Why don't you just give me a whole damn month of suspension or a year of suspension?! Or I can leave this fvckin place"

But of course I won't do that. Nandito ang paborito kong laruan. Therese Jacinto. Hindi pa ako nagsasawang laruan siya.

"You are a bully, Ms. Santos. You'll gonna ruin the name of our school-"

"Then kick me out. Simple"

Natigilan ito, nagkatinginan ulit kay nerd

"We can't do that, Ms. Santos. You bring our school name if ever we will kick you out. Mas lalong masisira ang pangalan ng university"

"Then I will transfer"

"You can't also do that. We won't give you the good moral and your school papers if ever you transfer"

"Tss"

"Like what I've said, you will be Mr. Sollano's buddy. He will explain you about the rules and regulations about the school which apparently you didn't listen on your first day of college. Kung may gagawin ka ulit na labag sa school rules, Mr. Sollano here will be punished"

"Well, that's good!"

Napabuntong hininga si Mr. Cuando.

"Matatapos lang ang pagiging mag-buddy ninyo if you change, Ms. Santos. Hindi kayo aabot ng fourth year college kapag nagbago ka na at wala ka nang ibu-bully na estudyante."

"Whatever. Are we done here?"

Tumango si Mr. Cuando. Naglakad na ako palabas pero may pahabol pa ang matanda.

"Every free time you two should be seen together and I will know if you tried to escape, Ms. Santos. I will know and you won't like what I will do if you escape."

"Seriously, Mr. Cuando? Me together with a nerd? Ew gosh!" bakit ako lang ang merong ganito? Bakita walang ganito ang aking mga kaibigan?
