𝐷𝑒𝑎𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑒~ 𝐵.𝐵𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑠

FIFTY EIGHT

"Mayday, mayday! Does anybody copy? We're in the lower level, it's flooding!" I hear as I come back to, "What?" Scott asks as I force myself up, "We're drowning! Does anybody copy? Mayday!" My eyes widen and I become suddenly alert of what was happening. "Wait! I'm here! I'm here, can you hear me?"

"Hey guys hold on I'm coming." I say as I get up trying to figure out where I was so that I could get to the lower level. "See you on the other side, man." I hear as I make it to them just in time, "everyone relax I'm here." I say getting rid of all the water that had almost swallowed them. "Scott, you may want to hurry it up." I say as both Bruce and I struggle to keep the rubble from falling and crushing us.

"I'm here! I'm here!" Scott yells to us desperately, "thank god." I sigh, "Rosalie you just keep that steady a second ok?" He asks, "you got it Scotty." Then he turns himself Giant and scoops us all up in his fist. He opens it on the battle field, allowing us to joking the Avengers, Guardians, Wakandans, Asgardians, and others as they take up battle positions. The heroes standing across Thanos' forces. I have to stop myself from crying out in relief, everyone was here, they were all back and although I hadn't spotted him yet that meant Bucky was back to, and he was here somewhere. All I had to do now was survive this so that I could see him again.

"AVENGERS!" Steve screams out as he summons Mjolnir, promptings everyone to get ready, my own skin begins to glow as I let my rage take over, there was no way we were gonna lose this time."Assemble." Thor makes a battle cry, as does Black Panther and the heroes charge. Thanos raises his sword towards them, commanding his army to charge as well. Then both sides collide

My powers had developed so much more than the last time we were in battle, the rage and pain that had been locked up inside of me could now allow me to burst a group of the opposing team with minimal concentration.

As I'm fighting I see Wanda she has just finished taking out a bunch of Thanos's army when she turns around to see me. I waste no time in hugging her, the immense relief I feel at seeing her is indescribable. "Oh my god you're back." I say as I have to keep myself from crying, "I missed you so much." I tell her making her smile as I kiss her forehead. "Go kick his ass."

As I continue fighting I search tirelessly for Bucky, but there was just so many people that I couldn't see him anywhere, I had to remind myself that it was ok and that he was back, and I would find him. I just had to get through this first.

"Cap, what do you want me to do with this damn thing?" Clint asks as I spot him running with the gauntlet, "Get those stones as far away as possible!" Steve yells, "No! We need to get them back where they came from." Bruce argues, "No way to get them back. Thanos destroyed the quantum tunnel." Tony adds. "Hold on! That wasn't our only time machine." Scott says, his van. He activates the horn which plays a small song making us all look out for it. "Anyone see an ugly, brown van up there?" Steve asks, "Yes! But you're not gonna like where it's parked!"

"Scott, how long you need to get that thing working?" I ask him, "Maybe ten minutes." We could buy him ten minutes right? "Get it started. We'll get the stones to you." Steve tells him, "We're on it, Cap." I'm guessing his lady replies.

I decided to help out in the air for a moment, sliding around as high as I wanted on my ice paths taking out the things in the sky, until I hear a familiar voice, "I got this. I got this! Okay, I don't got this. Help! Somebody, help!" I slide down and start running towards Peter, "Hey, Queens, heads up." Steve throws Mjolnir, as I blast at the creatures covering Peter so that he shoots a web and glides along, then Pepper catches him. She drops him on Valkyrie's Pegasus, yes there was a real fricken Pegasus here flying and everything.

I gasp and quickly catch Peter making sure he lands smoothly as I watch him fall from the Pegasus. A bright light of thundering energy comes surging down as Carol flies through the ship, and it results in an explosion and the ship crash-landing in the lake, "Oh, yeah!" I hear rocket yell, "Danvers, we need an assist here."
