Luckily by the time Sikorsky pulled away Jack was long gone.

(Pretty fast dude.)

"You did that as distraction...didn't you?"

The way his voice lowered a bit made you feel a tad bit guilty.

"Y-Yeah..."

You admitted.

"I didn't mean to cross any of your boundaries...I'm sorry."

You murmured out, apologizing.

"It fine. Do I look like child to you?"

"But...I did it without asking."

"So? If I want something I take it."

"What? No that's so wrong. What about how the other person feels?"

This made Sikorsky scoff and chuckle weakly.

"That is pretty rich coming from you considering you dids just that."

"Because I didn't want you fighting! I never wanna fucking see you come the way you did last night, ever again!"

This made Sikorsky pause.

"Why do you care?"

Finally you scoffed.

"That's a really good fucking question I'd like to know myself."

You answered quietly, making you chuckle bitterly.

This made Sikorsky look over at you.

You scoffed at him and immediately started walking away.

"You know what? Screw this."

"Y/n-"

He groaned.

You kept walking leaving him trailing behind you.

...........................................

Sikorsky sat out on your porch.

The moment the two of you had gotten home before Sikorsky could even utter a sentence you'd briskly walked to your room, slamming the door behind you.

You'd been in there about three hours now.

Currently, Sikorsky was pondering on whether or not he should check on you.

Though part of him wondered Why were you so angry with him? You knew well what kind of man he was.

So why would you go to such lengths to stop him?

Was kissing him and calling it a 'Distraction' maybe just an excuse or....?

All The russian man knew was that he'd liked it.

So of course the possibility of you doing that just to possibly control him bothered him immensely.

Should he knock? Should he keep his distance?

Sikorsky pinched his temples, wanting nothing more then to throw his hands in the air out of frustration.

Why did women have to be so hard to read?!

Maybe it'd be best for him to keep his distance for the next few days....

Sikorsky heard your door click open and immediately stood, walking back inside.

......................................

Of course Sikorsky wasn't there when you woke up the next morning.

No surprise there.

You flopped down in your couch, sighing heavily.

Why did you care about that bastard?

You'd known him maybe a week tops now?

That's a it took for the jerk to mess with your head.

Maybe it wasn't him to be exact.

Perhaps....Perhaps its because his habits reminded you of someone else?

You squeezed your eyes shut, immediately pushing that thought away.

'No not right now brain.'

You thought irritably.

Your thoughts wandered back to last night.

.....................................

"What do you want now?"

"I want to know why your so upset."

You scoffed.

"I already told you. Go to bed, exercise or go start a fight or something. Seems like something your good at."

Sikorsky growled in frustration.

"Why don't you justs listen to me for five seconds?"

"Why don't you just fucking leave already? Just like Everyone else already has..."

You mumbled, turning on your heel to walk back only fir a hand to grab your wrist.

This caught Sikorsky's attention.

"Let go!"

"Is that what this is about? You think I am going to die like your father?"

"I SAID LET ME GO!"

You yelled , ripping your wrist from his grip and storming back into your room, slamming and locking the door behind you.

........................................

Maybe it was the fact that Sikorsky even made a connection and mentioned your dad.

It got under your skin for obvious reasons.

You did feel a bit guilty though...

You'd started this by kissing him in that alley.

Had you really just done that as a distraction?

Or was it what you kept telling yourself to make you feel better?

Fuck.

You needed to talk to the man.
