It'd been about a week since what had happened at kozues.

You hadn't seen much of the russian man.

To say you were a little concerned was an understatement.

Currently it was about 11:14 at night and you were sprawled across the couch unable to sleep.

Your arms were tossed over your eyes, inhaling deep, slow breathes.

Feeling your mind fade away you had almost managed to drift off when you heard the door open.

Footsteps.

You weren't really sure why but you hesitated to sit up, instead keeping your eyes shut and pretending to sleep.

You heard the floorboards creak.

Sikorsky walked towards you, and just stood there.

Watching.

You forced yourself to keep your breathing normal.

Eventually you heard Sikorsky shift slightly as though he was going to walk away but you couldn't help yourself.

"Sikorsky...."

The russian man froze, turning back to face you.

"Y/n?"

He questioned.

"Are you awake?"

Hesitating a bit you eventually moved your arms away from your face, jumping a bit at the sight of the russian man.

"Sikorsky...Are you okay? You have bruises all over your face!"

You sat up quickly, grabbing gently at the blond man's face.

"I'm fine. Its just bruises. Im not a baby."

You scoffed a bit.

"A bitter ass. Like usual...."

Muttering under your breath you stood from the couch.

"Wheres are you going?"

You responded by grabbing an icepack from the freezer and returning with it, holding it out for him to take.

"Just take it please."

You spoke, knowing what he was thinking.

This made Sikorsky gingerly take the ice pack from you.

"Still angry with me?"

"No."

You muttered, your mouth making a firm line.

"Really? It sure seems like you are."

He mumbled, pressing the icepack to his cheek.

"Who'd you go and pick a fight with now?"

Sikorsky didn't say anything at first.

"Does it matter?"

Now this made you scoff.

"Y'know, for someone he frequently claims not to be a child you certainly answer questions like one."

You muttered in a hushed tone.

"And for someone who cares you sure didn't seem to mind messing with my feelings..."

Sikorsky muttered under his breath.

"And what exactly are you trying to insinuate?"

You shot back, voice dangerously low.

"I'm sure you know pretty damn well what I'm insinuating."
