--AND RIGHT NOW, EVERYONE IS ON THEIR WAY TO THE COAST.

You, and a group of soldiers were whisked onto a small boat, and the ride to the shore was suffocatingly silent. The harsh wind nipped at your cheeks, and the waves remained strong. The sound of the boat's engine filled the void in the quiet atmosphere,

"We're halfway there, guys. Keep an eye out for the harbor."

An older male soldier spoke, and everyone nodded. Your peers surrounded you, each with a serious expression on their face as they looked out to the chaotic blue waves.

Beside you was a girl, who appeared to be, no older than nineteen years old. Her dark hair was tied into a sleek bun, and she seemed incredibly nervous. So much so, that she trembled violently in her seat. Your eyebrows curled upwards as you watched the girl desperately try to hide her oncoming anxiety attack.

After a moment of pondering what you should do, you sat down beside her; grabbing the teen's attention immediately,

"Are you alright?"

You questioned, and the girl in front of you gulped nervously.

"I-I'm....terrified."

She stammered, her voice breathy and shaky, and your eyes widened as you watched her in shock. Her brown hues seemed devoid of any hope or life. It was almost as if she were on a boat ride to her own impending funeral.

You slowly looked towards the soldiers surrounding you, and saw each of them with similar expressions plastered on their features. Your heart palpitated, and you could feel your hands begin to grow sweaty as you felt the nerves begin easing into your consciousness,

No, I can't afford to show them how scared I truly am. They're depending on me, and I need to show that I can and will protect them.

You cleared your throat, before speaking,

"I know we're all terrified, especially since we're going up against the strongest group in this apocalypse, the Elitists."

You spoke, and Atsumu perked up at the sound of your words,

"--But, you all have my word. I'll do everything in my power to make sure no more lives are lost today."

You spoke, and you glanced at all the surrounding faces as each person listened intently,

"I'll be right there to back you guys up, and I'll utilize my ability to help support you guys. So, don't worry, and just focus on the mission. I'll be protecting you all the entire time."

You informed, and although your words did seem to soothe their anxieties slightly, there was still an air of fear in the atmosphere. You inhaled sharply, and clasped your hands together. The sudden action startled your peers, but a soft smile spread across your lips as you spoke once more,

"Alright, guys, here's a little song game we can try. Perhaps it'll ease our nerves."

You proposed, and Tsukishima furrowed his brows in confusion,

"A song game? Really?"

The blond replied, casting you a judgemental stare, but you only continued to grin widely,
