Royal Blood University 12: Mysterious Dormmates

Right after Kennedy and her friends left ay agad na pumasok na ako sa loob ng kwarto ko at doon nagmukmok. I nuzzled my face at the soft pillow ng makarinig ako ng ingay mula sa labas.

Mabigat ang katawan na tumayo ako bitbit ang unan at sinilip ko kung sino ang tao sa loob ng dorm. I was taken aback when I heard a door just shut beside my room.

Then nakarinig na naman ako ng pagsara ng pinto sa kabilang gilid ko pa. Does that mean that my dorm mates are here already? But why aren't they noisy? They supposed to be noisy like Emma and Kennedy. Because they're...friends, I guessed.

I lazily went back to my bed. There's nothing important about them anyways.

Dumako na naman sa gabi at naghahanda na ako para sa first class namin. You know what our first class is. Self defense.

As usual, I'm not wearing our school uniform but the armor that was given to us. Aside from that, our second subject gave us 20 minutes to change and to look presentable, so that means that after self defense class we need to go back to our dorms and change into our royal uniforms.

When Kennedy and I reached the arena bumakas ang pagtataka sa mukha ko ng makita ko ang Schatten kaya naman pala ganito nalang katahimik ang mga kaklase ko.

Nang makompleto na kami ay kaagad na pumwesto si Professor Bancroft sa harapan.

“Good evening students, tonight we'll have our duel with the Schatten.” nilingon niya ang Schatten at ngumiti.

“They'll be participating in our class. And remember, this duel is graded.” he glanced at Savannah Raven na tahimik lang sa sulok.

“It'll be fun..” suddenly a dangerous smirked made it's way to Hawk's lips.

Mahigpit na napakapit si Kennedy saakin at pansin ko ang panginginig niya. Hinawakan ko nalang ang kamay niya para pakalmahin siya. It's weird though that her hands are always cold.

“And.. everyone be better good. El Rey's watching.”

Dahil sa narinig ay mariin kong ipinalibot ang tingin sa paligid. It's dark and I can only see the arena kasi itong arena lang naman ang inilawan nila. Hindi ko alam kung bakit kasi gabi-gabi namang maliwanag ang paligid ng arena.

I wonder who's El Rey.

“Let's start with Ms. Romacort and Hawk Lioncourt.” Scarlett fiercely walked at the center of the arena as we made a circle and they're on the center.

As they started the fight I could tell na palaban si Scarlett, she even tried to seduced Hawk at the middle of the duel but Hawk seems not to care on her perky breasts. But in the end Hawk defeated Scarlett in a blink of an eye when they got serious.

Until Kennedy's turn. She fought with Aria Corliss and Aria won. She even had this smug smirk after. Kaya naman tumabi saakin si Kennedy na hindi maipinta ang itsura.

I sighed. Looks like they're not easy to fight with.

“Next is Kianna Marie Santiago and...”

Lahat sila nag-aabang ng makakalaban ko. Even me. I'm excited to know who's he or she.

“Frost Laire.”

Lahat napanganga sa sinabi ni Professor Bancroft. Mabilis na naglakad ako papunta sa gitna at sabay naming hinarap ni Frost ang isa't-isa.

Kalma lang ang itsura niya pero mapanganib ang aura niya. Nagkatinginan kaming dalawa na tila nag-iisip kung sino ang unang aatake. Hanggang sa hindi na siya nakatiis at inatake ako.

Mabilis na nailigan ko ang suntok niya at gamit ang kaliwang paa ay malakas ko siyang sinipa sa gilid pero bago pa ito dumapo sakanya ay mabilis niyang nahawakan ang paa ko at mabilis na binalibag ako.
