"oh hey jaehyun-" i said. "hey y/n! didn't expect to see you here." jaehyun told me even though i knew he was lying. "yeah, i was just hanging out with jaemin." i said. "i came to meet a friend too but they called when i got here saying they had to dip on me." he told me. "oh, sorry about your friend dipping on you." i told him. "don't be sorry, i'm just gonna head back to the dorms." he said. "that reminds me, i have to text joy to come pick me up." i said while taking my phone out again. jaehyun pushed my phone away from my face. "no need to, i can drive you." he said while pulling out his keys.

"you don't need to drive me i can just text joy or walk-" jaehyun cut me off by grabbing my hand and pulling me to his car. "you can get in," jaehyun told me while opening the door for me. "no jaehyun it's okay-" i tried saying. "i'm not taking no for an answer." he said while staring in my eyes. "fineee," i gave in and got in the car. i took a few more sips of my bubble tea while jaehyun also got in and started the car. i stared at the window and felt jaehyun hold my hand.

i looked at my hand to see it in his. a small blush crept up to my cheeks. "cute," jaehyun said before pinching my cheek which caused me to blush more. jaehyun started driving as i drank my bubble tea to distract myself. all you could hear throughout the drive there was the radio. as soon as jaehyun stopped outside my dorm building, he looked at me. "can i just quickly talk to you?" jaehyun asked. i nodded in response and looked in his eyes. "this is probably really sudden but uhm...i like you y/n." i felt my ears turn red from what jaehyun just said.

"i just needed to get that off my chest. if you don't like me back then it's okay," jaehyun smiled at me. i could feel myself blush even more. jaehyun kissed my hand then looked in my eyes. "uhm i l-like you too-" i whispered back while lowering my head down in embarrassment. i felt jaehyun kiss the top of my head and looked back up at him. he smiled at me again and pecked my lips. "do you wanna be my girlfriend?" jaehyun asked. i was about to answer when there was a sudden knock on the car window.

we both looked out to see joy. jaehyun rolled the window down. "hey y/n, hey jaehyun, what's going on here?" joy said while smirking at us. i hid my face in my hands as jaehyun patted my head. "we were just having a nice conversation before you came and interrupted it." jaehyun told her. "alright alright, well i'd love y/n back." joy told him. "yeah she'll be out in a minute." jaehyun said then rolled the window back up being sure to not hurt joy. he turned back to me and moved my hands away from my face.

"you don't need to answer right now, i'll wait for you." jaehyun told me. i hugged him tightly and he hugged me back. "well i should get going since joy is waiting." i said while getting out of the hug and making eye contact with jaehyun. "yeah, bye shorty." jaehyun said and pecked my lips again. "bye jaehyun." i smiled at him before getting out and having joy pull me inside and up to our dorm. "girl calm down-" i told joy as we entered the dorm. joy locked the door then pulled us both to sit on her bed.

"so you and jaehyun huh? i thought you said you were going to hang out with jaemin." joy said. "i did but after jaemin left, jaehyun appeared and asked if i needed a ride home since i hadn't texted you yet." i told her. "okay well what was your little conversation about?" she asked. i just blushed and looked away. "uhm jaehyun told me he likes me-" i muttered. "i heard that~" joy said. "so what'd you say back?" she asked again. "i just told him i liked him back-" i whispered. "then after that?" she continued asking questions. "well he asked if i wanted to be his girlfriend, but then you interrupted, so i haven't answered him yet." i told her.

joy started squealing, and i just looked at her weirdly. "you need to tell him yes." she told me. "is this just for you to win the bet?" i asked her. "no! you guys seriously need to be together. it's gonna be so cute!" she started saying. "okay okay, i was thinking of maybe heading over to the boy's place then just chilling with him and then tell him i'd love to be his girlfriend." i told joy my little plan. "that's great! now let's get's some sleep for you to be ready tomorrow." joy told me.
