it's been three days since the date and i was at the boy's place. i was in jaehyun's room helping him pick out something to wear since we were going to another party. not everyone knows we're a couple so jaehyun wanted me to go with him even though joy wasn't coming. "does this look good?" jaehyun asked as he got out of the bathroom. "it looks great. i think that's the best thing you've put on so far." i told him. "alright, i'm done then. just gotta quickly do my hair." jaehyun said. after he did his hair, we went into the living room. i laid my head on his shoulder and he kissed my head.

"you guys haven't even been dating for a week and i'm already sick of your couple stuff." mark said. "that sounds like a personal problem. i think they're cute." johnny told mark. "mark just doesn't like seeing his best friend dating the old playboy of our group." haechan said. "playboy?" i asked confused. "it was literally just sophomore year of high school. i could say the things you guys did too but i won't. " jaehyun said. "let's just head to the party now." taeyong said. jaehyun and i went in his car while the others went in their group car.

jaehyun started the car and placed his hand on my thigh. i blushed a little before looking out the window. "so, who's party is it?" i asked jaehyun. "jungkook's, it's for his friend namjoon. he didn't invite too many people and he said it was okay for me to bring you." he told me. "oh and there's not gonna be as much drinking since jungkook doesn't wanna deal with drunk people after the party." jaehyun added. "well i guess that's better." i said. "yeah, well we're here." jaehyun said as he parked and took his hand off my thigh.

after parking, we both got out of the car and jaehyun kept his arm around my waist. we entered the party and went over to a table where jungkook was. "hey jaehyun!" jungkook said. "hey jungkook," jaehyun told him. "this is your girlfriend right?" jungkook asked. "yeah," jaehyun said. "well hello uh-" jungkook started saying. "y/n," i told him before shaking his hand. "well you guys can go ahead and just hang around. the others showed up earlier and i think they're in the living room." jungkook told us. "alright," jaehyun said before we started heading over to, i assume, where the others were.

after finding the others, we sat down with them. "finally they're here, you guys want a drink?" jungwoo asked. "sure," jaehyun said and pulled me a little closer to him. "you okay?" i asked him since i noticed he seemed a little fidgety. "yeah just a little anxious since i don't know too many people here." jaehyun said. i kissed his cheek and held his hand. "well you have me just in case you wanna go outside and maybe talk a little to clear your mind. i wanna make sure you're having a good time." i told him while caressing his hand. "i love you." he whispered to me. i smiled and laid my head on his shoulder.

the other guys were just talking to each other. "here you go, don't drink too much." jungwoo told us before sitting back down. we both took a few sips of our drinks here and there as we listened to the others talking. suddenly, jaehyun's phone started ringing. "i'm gonna go outside and take the call. i'll be right back shorty." he said before kissing my head and getting up. "so, how you and jaehyun going?" mark asked since he was sitting down next to me. "good i guess, it's just been a few days so," i told him while looking down at my hands.

"you okay? seems like something's bothering you." mark said. "do you think jaehyun could be playing with me?" i mumbled. "i don't know, but if he is, then he'll get a nice beating by me since he should know not to mess with my best friend." mark said while side hugging me. i smiled a little before hugging him back. "love you mark," i told him. "love you too," mark said back before patting my head. i just drank the rest of my drink before putting it up since i didn't want to drink too much. i felt someone sit down next to me and turned to see it was just jaehyun.

i noticed he looked a little frustrated and grabbed his hand. "everything okay jae?" i asked. "yeah, and i like the new little nickname." jaehyun said with a slight smile. "you wanna maybe just go hang outside for a little to clear your mind?" i asked again. "yeah, let's go." jaehyun said before standing up. i also stood up before holding his hand and going outside, we sat down on some chairs outside since a few other people were also out here just talking. jaehyun put his arm around my waist again and i laid my head on his shoulder.

it was really silent between us and was a little awkward. "the stars are really pretty." i said, breaking the silence. "i still think you're the prettiest and brightest shining star." jaehyun said. "you're so cheesy." i told him. he laughed a little. "i'm pretty sure they're gonna start playing truth or dare soon. if not, then probably spin the bottle or seven minutes in heaven." jaehyun said. "do we have to join in on the games?" i asked. "i don't think so. you wanna just chill in one of the rooms while they play instead?" jaehyun asked me. "sure," i said before holding his hand again. "we should probably go now then." jaehyun said.

we both got up and went inside to an empty room and locked it. most of the people were just playing the games. jaehyun sat down on the bed and i sat down on his lap before cuddling with him. i put my face in his chest as he played with my hair. "is there anything you wanna do?" jaehyun asked. "stay like this," i told him. "oh, i wanted to see if could give me kisses." jaehyun mumbled. i took my face out of his chest and looked at him. "you want kisses?" i asked and he blushed while nodding. "okay okay," i said before kissing him gently. i could feel him smile into the kiss.

i pulled away after a few seconds and kissed jaehyun's nose. he smiled at me and made eye contact with me. "i really love you y/n," jaehyun said. "i love you too jae," i whispered to him. jaehyun smiled brighter. "i thought i'd be waiting longer to hear that from you." jaehyun said. "well i couldn't wait any longer to tell you so," i told him. jaehyun played with my hair before kissing me again. i smiled and kissed him back with my arms around his neck. jaehyun placed his hands on my waist and deepened the kiss. i moved my hands into his hair and felt jaehyun press against me a little.

i pulled away and caught my breath with my hand still playing with jaehyun's hair. "seems like someone's moving this relationship a little faster." i whispered. "you say that like we haven't already done things before." jaehyun said. "as you had said, that's when we were both drunk." i told him. "alright alright," jaehyun said and kissed my forehead. "why don't i just drop you off at your dorm now so we can get some sleep in for tomorrow?" jaehyun asked and i hummed in response. we both got up and left to the car.
