minho and soojin sat by the hwang company's waiting area waiting for hyunjin and youngmi for the double date youngmi set up.
they glanced at the two who later arrived, with hyunjin clearly faking a smile that minho chuckled to himself.

they went to a fancy restaurant owned by youngmi's mother so they didn't have to pay for anything and worry about reservations. they had their table in the garden outside, minho and soojin sat together on one end with hyunjin and youngmi on the other.
❝ so how did you two meet? ❞
youngmi asked smiling as she placed her glass down.

soojin and minho glanced at each other and smiled.
❝ we're childhood best friends. ❞
they said in unison and glared at each other, youngmi clapped her hands amused.
❝ how cute! you guys are even in sync! ❞
she said and hyunjin rolled his eyes.

❝ yeah, minho and i grew up together and we started dating since high school. i didn't publicized our relationship yet to give us some personal privacy. ❞
soojin smiled.
minho glanced at hyunjin with a small smile and hyunjin smiled back at him and shook his head.

❝ please excuse me, i need to go to the restroom. ❞
minho bowed and walked off inside the restaurant, hyunjin abruptly stood up.
❝ i-i'll go as well, to make sure minho doesn't get lost. ❞
hyunjin said and ran towards minho's direction.
❝ your boyfriend and my fiancé just met a couple of months ago but they act like inseparable best friends. ❞
youngmi laughed and soojin nodded, clearly smirking.

minho went in the empty restroom and was about to walk towards the sink when he felt someone pin him against a wall and kissed him. he smirked and tangled his fingers onto hyunjin's hair as they made out in the restroom, they pulled apart and hyunjin looked at an innocently smiling minho with a stern expression on his face.
❝ you're just as naughty as i am. ❞
minho said slyly and giggled, hyunjin leaned in again but minho clamped his mouth to stop him.
❝ we're in a public restroom, now calm your horny ass before someone walks in on us. ❞

❝ i'm watching you lee minho, you don't want to make me angry. ❞
hyunjin said in a low voice before getting off of minho who just rolled his eyes.

a few moments later, youngmi and soojin could see minho and hyunjin walking back to their table together and they sat down.
❝ your shirt and collar is messed up. what happened? ❞
soojin smirked as she fixed minho's shirt and hyunjin smiled to himself very pleased.

they continued to eat and talk, with minho being very careful not to make hyunjin mad at him anymore but soojin wasn't making it easy and youngmi kept butting in as well.
hyunjin drove youngmi home and quickly followed soojin's car straight after, luckily she was driving very slowly on purpose for hyunjin to catch up.

she stopped the car and looked at minho.
❝ get out. your daddy seems angry. ❞
she laughed and minho glared at her and huffed before opening the door of her car.
❝ he's not my father goddammit! ❞
minho said and shut the door but soojin just kept laughing before driving off, seeing minho already walking towards hyunjin from the side mirror.

hyunjin walked towards him and pulled minho to his car. minho crossed his arms clearly pouting as he waited to get home as usual, hyunjin smiled and reached out to pinch minho's cheek, eyes still on the road. minho looked at him pissed.
❝ what was that for!? ❞
he complained and hyunjin laughed.
❝ you're just so cute, i couldn't help it. ❞

hyunjin stopped by minho's apartment and got out with him.
❝ what? ❞
minho asked as he turned to face hyunjin who was smiling.
❝ let me spend the night. ❞
he said and minho sighed before marching his way towards the door and opening it. he turned to face hyunjin with a glare.
❝ we can't do the frick frack tonight because i have to be in perfect condition for work tomorrow. ❞
he said poking the younger's chest and hyunjin pouted.

❝ but i was looking forward in doing the frick frack. ❞
hyunjin whined.

minho was just laying on his bed waiting for hyunjin to finish showering when he heard a commotion and his face alarmed.
❝ hYUNJIN NO— ❞
he groaned as hyunjin jumped towards him and hugged him, minho flinched because hyunjin was taller and heavier than he was but nonetheless he hugged the younger back since the bed was small.

❝ hyunjinnie..... ❞
minho whispered softly as he gently stroked the younger's hair.
❝ mhm? ❞
hyunjin muffled with minho feeling his warm breath over the skin of his neck as hyunjin hugged him with eyes closed.
❝ youngmi invited soojin and i to your wedding five months from now. ❞
minho said while staring into space and feeling his heart sink in.
❝ i don't think... i want to go.... ❞
minho said quietly almost like a whisper.

❝ please don't.... ❞
hyunjin said and hugged minho tighter, burying his face even more onto the older's neck.
❝ i might not marry her if you were there. ❞
hyunjin muttered but minho heard him.

❝ do you really think we can forget everything and pretend nothing happened between us? ❞
minho asked as he stopped stroking hyunjin's hair, a few moments of silence passed and minho could feel hyunjin breathing a little heavily against the crook of his neck, still hugging him tightly.
❝ of course not. ❞

❝ yeah, i think so too. ❞
