I quickly typed my reply.

Ako:

I'm here at the hallway, Mom. Thanks for accepting my invitation.

I inhaled deeply as I tried to compose myself before going inside the private and secluded area of the Restaurant that I have booked earlier this morning.

Kish stayed at the Parking lot with the Driver, while I am here with the bodyguards. Seymour stayed at the Agency with his bandmates to prepare for the big concert tomorrow.

I am wearing a formal nude dress that's perfectly hugging my whole body, emphasizing my curves. I am holding a small hand bag with me. I am also wearing some accessories and light make up to highlighted my pale face.

As soon as I stepped inside the room, two pairs of eyes suddenly darted on me. Agad na napalingon sa akin sina Mommy at Daddy na parehong naka suot ng formal attire. They were seating in a six seater table. Si Daddy ang nasa kabisera at sa gilid niya naman si Mommy. I went towards their way and greeted them with a kiss on their cheeks.

"I missed you hija.. How are you?" Mom asked, smiling sweetly.

I sat on the chair beside her and smiled. "I'm fine Mom. How about you?"

"We're both fine hija, don't worry about us," she glanced at my Father who's now eyeing me sharply.

Mom asked a numerous questions, so I answered her whatever she asked me. Habang sineserve ang mga pagkain, nag simula nang mag salita si Daddy kaya't natigilan na si Mommy sa pagkukwento.

"How's work?"

I swallowed hard. "Fine.."

"Fine? I heard you went for a vacation.." tunog panunuya iyon.

"Yes po. Doon sa Island na binili ko noon."

"And you're with?" his eyes narrowed, waiting for my reply.

My heartbeats thundered. "Ako lang po."

Shit. White lies. It's partly true, right? I went there alone. Nakita ko lamang sina Seymour doon.

"Really?"

I nodded, this time, I was confident already. Hindi na ako matatatakot dahil wala namang ibang nakakaalam na nandoon ako kasama ni Seymour, kaya siguro'y ayos lang naman?

"Yes.."

"So, how can you explain the rumors about you and that worthless man from the band?" Daddy mockingly said.

My eyes widened in fraction. Kaagad na ginapangan ako ng inis at takot, pero sinikap ko pa rin na makasagot.

"T-those are just rumors, Dad."

Halos murahin ko ang sarili sa napiling sagot. Damn it, Exzerie! He freaking insulted your boyfriend! Akala ko ba aamin na ako ngayon? Anong nangyari?

"Good," tumango tango siya at kinuha ang puting tela upang dinampian ang labi.

I cannot eat properly. Tensiyonado ako at ramdam iyon sa buong sulok ng lamesang ito. Mom stayed silent. Si Daddy lamang ang nagsasalita at kung ano anong sinasabi na hindi ko naman masundan.

"I hope that's not really true, Exzerie. I've been so dissapointed to you all these years, huwag mo nang dagdagan pa."

I lowered down my head and tried to breathe in and out. His words hurt so much, but I was already immune to it. Sawa na akong marinig at sanay na rin kaya't wala na lang sa akin. It's like that is his kind of iloveyou to me.
