I'll add pictures and such, but what you'll need is:

*badge pin, any size

*any small knife

*pencil and art supplies (colored pencils, markers, etc.)

*paper (preferably not lined)

*scissors

*tape or glue (if you will replace it again, use tape)

Step one: take the knife and cut away the plastic on top of the pin

Step one: take the knife and cut away the plastic on top of the pin. remember to cut away from yourself! A method I used is to cut a circle around the middle and than peel it off

Step two: Once you get the plastic off, insert your knife in the grove between the back with the clip and the top with the picture

Step two: Once you get the plastic off, insert your knife in the grove between the back with the clip and the top with the picture. Wiggle it around like crazy, but make sure not to cut yourself. Once it's lose enough, slide the knife around the perimeter to loosen and remove the top.

Step three: trace the outline onto a piece of paper and make your design. You can also use stickers or print out an image, but you would have to measure for that. (Mine is super messy)

Step four: cut around the design at about a thumbs length away

Step four: cut around the design at about a thumbs length away. You can't put any paper back, so don't cut around it too small.

Step five: peel the original paper off of the pin and wrap the new one on, making sure to tuck in the edges

Step five: peel the original paper off of the pin and wrap the new one on, making sure to tuck in the edges. It will take some trial and error to get it right so be patient!

Step five: tuck the edges in as tight as you can and then apply glue or tape to the middle
