Tough love
Dematius and I finally make it back to the hotel, after checking in we get settled in.
"Dematius what do you want to eat, besides McDonald's" I asks him.
"But I want it" he beg.
"I said no, do you want some chicken and French fries?"
"No, I want McDonald's" he cry.
"Your going to get an ass whooping little boy, you want that?" I asks him sternly.
"No" he shakes his head.
"Now, what do you want?"
"Chicken, fren fries an ketchup"
I pick up and order his food and myself steak, mash potatoes with a side of corn.
"Let's take a bath dirt monster" I say walking him to the bathroom.
"I'm not dirty, you dirty" he laughs.
"Oh I'm dirty" I laugh at him.
"Yep, so you gotta bath to"
"But your the dirt monster" I say running his bath water.
"Roarrrr" he shout before pushing me into the water.
"Now your going to get it" I shout, pulling him into the tub with me. Where a full on water war starts, I dunk him into the water and he turns around and dunk me.
"Oh no, she is trying to clean me" he shouts out.
"Time to clean you for good dirt monster" I play along, I grab a cup and fill it with water and pour it on him.
"Never, cleaning monster" he shouts laughing, than takes the cup and pour water on me.
"Oh no, my weave" I joke.
"This is the end" he takes me under the water with him.
"You've won this battle dirt monster" I say once we come up from the water.
He cheers his self on, making me laugh.
I really cherish moments like this with my son. His my world, my whole existence.
After bathing and eating we both lay in bed watching cartoons "I love you mommy"
"I love you more" I smile as he doze off to sleep.
Turning off the t.v., I get comfortable before fall asleep also.

While Josh take the kids out and about, I decided to treat myself and Ruby to a spa day.
We got our toes, nails and hair did, now we are shopping at the mall.
"It feels good to gave some girl time" I admit.
"It does, I usually be stuck in the house fussing at Journie and Cherish all day."
"You got them kids spoils rotten"
"They are not spoiled rotten"
"Girl whatever. So who's going to be at this baby shower?" I asks as I continue to browse through a rake of clothes.
"Not a lot of people, mostly Josh friends and family" she explain.
"It beta be fun, why you dragged me out here?" I joke.
"Girl it will be" she do a little belly dance.
I burst out laughing "I'm going to need you not to do that"
