"Charlie! I really need my laundry done! I have a meeting with my boss after work today and I have nothing to wear!" You cried, calling Charlie in the bathroom during work, about to cry.

"Woah, woah. Relax, babe," he calmly replied. "I'll take care of it."

"You will?"

"Yeah, of course."

"Oh, Charlie, I knew you would help me out. Thank you so much, I owe you one," you said, relieved.

"Pizza tomorrow?"

"Sure. Anything for you," you said.

"Ok, thank you. I love you!" He chirped.

"I love you too. Thanks so much."

"Bye, Y/N."

"Bye." You hung up and put your phone back in your pocket and collected yourself before going back to your desk at your new job. You had dinner with your boss tonight and you had just remembered that you had hardly any clean laundry. Thank goodness you had Charlie.

When you got home, sure enough, your laundry was almost done. The timer on the dryer had 12 minutes left on it.

"Charlie, I cannot thank you enough," you said. "This means the world to me."

"Sure, baby. I'm so glad I could do it for you," he said, smiling and looking up from his computer. You gave him a kiss and then the timer on the dryer went off! You scampered downstairs and pulled your white fancy blouse out and your skirt. But when you pulled them into the light, something seemed off.

"Charlie?" You asked, coming up the stairs from the laundry room.

"What?"

"Did you happen to separate the colors from the whites?" You held up your previously white shirt, now a blush pink. Charlie's eyes widened as his face blanked. He covered his mouth.

"I forgot," he whispered. You sighed, taking a closer look at your shirt.

"I suppose it's not so bad pink," you said, trying to be encouraging. You weren't really looking forward to seeing what else was pink instead of white tonight when you got home.

"I'm so sorry," he said, his eyes glassing over. You could tell he wanted to cry.

"Charlie, don't worry about it. It's fine, I don't really mind. I'm just really glad I have clean clothes," you replied, smiling.

"Are you sure?" He asked. You nodded.

"Promise."

"So can we still do pizza tomorrow night?" You laughed and nodded.

"Sure, Charlie." He smiled and then you went upstairs to change into your pink shirt and black skirt. It looked better than you anticipated and you even wore it out.
