Quick Spell Ingredient Replacements

Clear quartz can replace any crystal. Rocks and stones can too if you charge them with intention, however they mat not work as well as the actually crystal as they don't have the same natural vibration. But it makes a great quick replacement

rosemary can replace any herb

white and black candles (preferably white) can replace any candle (also replace any color in color associations)

frankincense and copal can replace any gum resin

frankincense can replace any essential oil

tobacco can replace any toxic herb

rose can replace any flower
