How being tucked in bed, he wanted to stay warm. When things weren't how they were associated throughout a dreamless rest, the Omega opened his eyes to find life how he was expected to view. Yet, this type of life was only the vision of someone who could hold it dictatorially until fate brought him to his knees. He clasped no power to write scripts any longer.
Speaking of the very man, Jin looked up to catch his stare upon his soul. Unfamiliar, but he had to learn that he could read those eyes from that morning on. Sorrow and pain were what he elicited. Nothing fresh, but so new! Life didn't know Alpha or money; it knew its rules.
"You're awake yourself," Taehyung mumbled calmly as he put a cup of coffee on the nightstand, "I'm not going to the company today, Seokjin. Much happened to let me focus on anything. If you don't want to, as well, I can call Hoseok for you."
Staring took more than a bit of time that the Omega forgot the surrounding until words kindly reminded.
Rubbing his eyes to wash away the so wanted sleep, the Omega nixed, "No, thank you. A day-off would definitely sound indecent at the second day of work."
No response from the Alpha followed to tell him off or insist on his stay, but interestingly this was what he wanted to hear, nothing and just nothing.
Taehyung, being a lost man in the middle of his own bedroom, decided to step towards his side of the bed, sheltering from the intense cruelty of the unknown. He pretended to be bullet-proof when body distanced itself from him.
Jin got up from the bed, choosing to ignore how eyes chased after his every little move. Easier said than done for being so suddenly open didn't define this person whose air around used to be an unsolved mystery.
The Omega wanted to yell. Brushing teeth, showering, getting dressed, picking stuffs, and the Alpha was still the same man on the bed dead set on him as though he was a husband!
"Taehyung, why don't you go back to sleep? I'm sure this is what you need the most." Revealing frustration with peace was never the best idea, but the Omega wasn't looking for an argument. He simply desired to be invisible for some time. That was why he begged the mirror to deliver no reflection.
"I'm wondering!" Taehyung uttered, short enough to persuade one to seek more. Being intelligent in the right moment, he directed eyes towards himself.
"What are you wondering about?" Jin asked with narrowed eyes. Crossing arms over his chest, he waited with his true face. Hiding was no wise idea. Teaching the other his own lesson was the last thing this mansion could use.
"Last night. The person you became wasn't someone I could find myself deserving of. I know I wasn't in my right state of mind. Might as well mention I'm not either right now, but I was and am enough awake to ponder on whys, Seokjin."
Taehyung used his way with words. It seemed a bit dry, but only for people who read. For the Omega, he felt an entire world beneath the layers of the letters. Therefore, he was left to pick words or feelings. Although one was much more with his heart, the other came out eventually.
"I didn't do much, Taehyung. I just led you back here. You were miserable and I just felt the need to help you. I don't think after last night, you should overthink more about any other topic. It'll do more damage to you."
When looking at it, the door glowed brightly; it would be called by the name of ease. It wasn't that difficult. Work could sign his departure. However gazing at the other side, Jin didn't find it that simple anymore.
"Yeah, that was supposed to be all you could give, but it wasn't. You gave me more, your presence. You gave me your Omega which was something I refused to have when it was supposed to be all for me. I don't understand how you could bear a moment that close and cozy with me considering what you've gone through because of me."
