Only a couple of hours before the party, Ryujin was summoned to the Chois' house for her dress fitting. Nervously gulping at the sight of the magnificent fortress of a house, Ryujin walked in nonetheless with as much grace and confidence as she could muster.
A maid politely led her to a massive dressing room, where, on a mannequin, was what she guessed was her dress.
"Do you like it?"
She spun around to see Mrs Choi decked out in an equally gorgeous cream gown, studded with small pearls and sequins. A small headpiece has fixed on her permed updo, making her look like royalty. "It's lovely," Ryujin breathed, taking her eyes off Mrs Choi to gape at the dress.
Her dress was the deep dark blue of the sea, a light gradient going from the top to the bottom, so the flowy skirt was white and bled into a midnight tone at the bust area. And what made the whole dress even more eye-catching was the ocean of tiny crystals that seemed to cascade down the dress, they gleamed and twinkled in the light. The off-shoulder straps made Ryujin a little uneasy, but besides that, the whole garment was absolutely show-stopping.
As if reading her thoughts, Mrs Choi remarked, "And you'll make it look even better."
With a lot of hassle and worry, Ryujin managed to slip on the dress, and Mrs Choi gestured for her to turn to the mirror. When she caught sight of her reflection, she couldn't help but gasp.
Since the dress was studded with diamonds, Ryujin noticed that she gave off light. "You have the aura of an angel, my dear," Mrs Choi smiled gently, "You look wonderful." The older woman sighed lightly, "I wish I had a pretty daughter like you."

Beomgyu was waiting at the door, his eyes fixed on his phone screen as he fidgeted anxiously. Footsteps sounded from the direction of the staircase, and he glanced up, unable to stop his mouth from falling open.
He had a lot he wanted to say. "You look beautiful." was one of them. But he suppressed them with a cough and said, "We're a little late. We should get going."
His mother raised an eyebrow, then sighed, "You two go ahead first, I need to wait for your father. He's still in the office, working like a bee."
So they bid her goodbye and drove off towards an unknown location.
AN: I had to search blue wedding dress with gradients to get inspiration lol.
