The power emanating from Beako seemed to be affecting everyone. I needed this to stop!
"Beako, stop this madness!" I told her.
"I can't go back to Oshtur empty-handed," she said in a scared tone.
"What do you mean?" I asked her.
"I need Jezebel to come back to the Nightmare realm with me," she grunted.
I didn't want Jezebel to have to return there. At the same time, everyone else was suffering. I knew what I had to do. I was gonna trade my life for hers. The Nightmare entity knew what I wanted to do.
"Are you sure about this?" she asked.
"I've never been more sure about anything in my entire life," I responded.
As the portal closed around me, I wished Jezebel well. I was going to miss everyone...
