It had been about a week since River was born and Sweet Pea moved in with us and things were going pretty good in my eyes. Right now I was getting dressed to go to the wyrm for a little. Sweet pea had already gotten dressed and was currently getting River dressed and preparing the diaper bag. Despite only being a teenager just like me Sweet Pea was an amazing father to River and he seemed really happy.

I finished getting dressed before turning around and chuckling at the outfit Sweet pea put River in. "Babe those are pjs." I laughed. "Yea well he looks adorable and is difficult to dress." he said smiling. "He's a week old." I giggled as I took River from him and put him in his car seat. "Is your dad letting us use the truck today?" Sweet pea asked as I picked up the car seat while he grabbed the bag and followed me upstairs. "Yes." I responded as I set the car seat on the counter as I got in the cabinet grabbing an extra bottle just in case. "Going on a little adventure buddy?" I heard from behind me. I turned around seeing Dad smiling at River. "Thanks again for letting us use the truck today Dad." I smiled as he grabbed River's car seat putting it in the truck for me. "No problem sweetheart." he smiled before kissing my cheek before I climbed into the truck. "Ready?" Sweet pea asked. I nodded as he started the truck before driving to the Wyrm.
As soon as we were parked I jumped out grabbing the car seat as Sweet pea grabbed the diaper bag before we made our way inside. "Well hello you to." Fp smiled as we made our way in. I sat the car seat down before carefully removing River from it. "Hey little buddy." Fp said as I handed him river. "Aren't you retired Fp?" I smirked. "Oh shut up I still hang around." He chuckled. Jughead walked up to me with a serious look motioning for me and pea to follow him. "Fp do you mind watching River for a bit." I said my playfulness quickly fading. He turned seeing Jughead before turning back to me. "Go ahead." He said realizing something bad must be going on.
