Jimin and Y/N found themselves running around the unknown island as they were being chased by some dudes dressed in all-black clothes. Their hearts were pounding from the almost cardio-like exercise that they have been keeping up for about an hour and a half already. It was no doubt that it was Oh So-Hyun. In fact, they were oblivious of the fact that she was watching every single of their steps.

...

"I'm sorry grandma, I'll explain what happened when we come back, for now, relax and just know that we're all good. We managed to book a flight for Tuesday! Love you, bye!" she hung up her phone with a heavy sigh. When suddenly, her eyes widened as a thought crossed her mind."

"Wait a sec..." Y/N said quietly as she realized something, making Jimin look at her questioningly, "Okay, first of all, the obvious. This is too easy, it's suspiciously easy. Second, how come she didn't take away our phones?" Jimin's mouth went agape as soon as he realized what she was saying.

It was Saturday the 18th of December, and they managed to book a flight for Tuesday the 21st. But it was all too easy, not to say too suspicious.

"I-I don't know. But one thing we both do know is that we should be cautious and keep our guard up." she gave him a nod, not having anything else to say, "Let's go to our room?"

As they started heading to the elevator, a thought crossed Jimin's mind and he groaned in frustration, "What do we do? We need a couple of new sets of clothes, these ones were probably drenched in the rain yesterday, but we also need money for food... it's gonna be complex to split it all up perfectly to have enough money on everything."

"My grandma and uncle have given me three-thousand dollars, we already used somewhere around two-thousand for the hotel and plane tickets. To be exact..." she scrolled through her phone and checked the amount of money she had left, "We have exactly 1,895 dollars..."

"I guess that could be enough... we just have to buy cheap stuff and I guess we could survive... But we'll have to repay them, and crap, I already gave 60% of my salary to my mom, so I have approximately... 260 dollars left..."

"Oh lucky you, I have only straight a hundred... how come you're so rich? How did you get so much money with a part-time job, I mean 40% of your payment is freaking 260 dollars when I make only 300 per month..." he snickered at her words.

"Well, it's because I have three part-time jobs and one that no one knows of."

"Wait! Are you a mafia!?! Or a gangster!?!" she jolted to look at him and grabbed his collar, "Jimin, quit! It's not-" he removed her hands gently from his collar and chuckled.

"Of course not, silly! If one of those would be my job, I'd be way richer..." he nudged her shoulder playfully.

"Then what are your jobs, tell me all of them!" she demanded crossing her arms as they finally managed to enter the lift and Jimin pressed the button to the 10th floor.

"Why should I?" he asked arrogantly, making Y/N's little smirk only stretch more widely across her lips.

"Because you love me," she said smugly, making Jimin's cheeks flush red. His heart skipped a beat as he thought that she could possibly know about his feelings, he gulped nervously.

"Hahaha! That's not true, but I'll tell you..." she raised a brow, completely aware that he was lying. Even though she didn't actually know. She only knew that he loved her in a brotherly way, as a friend, but never love romantically, and deep down she knew that she wished he did. Y/N was completely aware that she was falling for him, even though she wasn't sure yet nor about her own feelings nor about Jimin's.

"Well, go ahead." she nodded towards him while they made their way out of the elevator and searched for a room numbered as '132'.

"My first job is at my mom's cafe, even though I don't really get any money from there. The second one is another job in at a cafe in Seoul near our school I work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:40-6 PM. I don't know why I'm being so detailed but it's not like you're gonna memorize all of this anyway..." he shrugged and Y/N gulped nervously, knowing that mentally she was taking notes of everything he was saying.

"The third one is at a restaurant, I do the deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7 PM. Then the secret one... well... I sing at a cafe sometimes and I don't get much money, but I'll just do my best and take whatever I can. They usually call me two days earlier since there aren't specific days or times I'm supposed to come, but they never tell me to come later than 9 PM."

By the time he had finished, Y/N's mouth was agape. 'He can sing? He works so hard, isn't it too much?' she thought to herself as she stared at him. He slid the door open to their room and after they were inside she spoke up.

"That's a lot! How do you even manage your time? How did you come to get me yesterday? How do you even have time to do homework and how did you meet Mr. Joon if you had worked at that time?" she bombarded him with questions, but she didn't even notice her own stammering. Jimin didn't mind though, he was happy someone finally asked him. He was tired about no one knowing of his busy and tiring schedule, so he decided to share it with Y/N.

"Well, actually I really couldn't understand and I knew we had a math test coming up, so I called my boss and told him I wouldn't be coming, promising him I'd work extra time. Well, I told you that I have certain timing planned out and I explained to the boss of the cafe where I sing at about my jobs, so he agreed that he wouldn't ask me to come earlier than whenever I finish my work depending on the day."

"W-what type of cafe i-is it?" Y/N asked rather carefully, and Jimin chuckled.

"Y/N, I wouldn't work at any sort of vulgar place, it's just that popular cafe called Hard Rock, you know, they sell burgers?" she nodded as her mouth was shaped in an 'o'.

"Sorry, hehe. I want to have a listen someday. Maybe I can apply to your workplaces, except where you sing 'cause I can't, and we can work together to return my grandma's money." but she soon shook her head at her own words, "No, it will probably be annoying haha, I mean, I cling onto you the whole day at school and at home, so even work would be-"

"It's not annoying, I enjoy your company, and I wouldn't mind working together. I don't really befriend the workers there, everyone's very reserved, so I'd be happy to have you around me the whole time. It's you who's probably going to get tired of me." he smiled and she returned the favour.

Oh, only if he knew... only if he knew that his presence is the best thing ever...

"Well, we should go out and buy some clothes. After that, might as well find some cheap restaurant..." Y/N said, standing up from the bed and Jimin followed outside with her.

Once they were in the lobby, they noticed a group of people dressed in all-black clothes, staring at them. "Oh, shit! Do you think they're after u-us?" Y/N mumbled and Jimin shook his head, not really knowing what to answer.

"Let's just use the other exit." Jimin grabbed her hand and began heading to the other doors.

"Good idea." but right after those words left her mouth, they saw similar dudes waiting for them on the other side as well. "Well, maybe not..." she whispered tightening her grip around Jimin's palm. When they tried to go back, the other group was still there...

"You know what this means...?" they nodded to each other, "RUN!" Jimin shouted at they made it past the group only to be chased by them.

...

And that's pretty much how it all happened, but at this point, the two were getting tired, even though it seemed as if the people chasing them had endless energy.
