AU:
Danganronpa didn't actually happen, it's just a video game and nobody in this story was a part of it
Everyone is alive, including the masterminds, because in this AU they are normal people!
K1-B0 is human (Named Kiibo)
Some Danganronpa 1 students are teachers (Kyoko teaches science, Aoi teaches P.E, Byakuya teaches Economics, Toko teaches ELA, and Makoto is the principal) most of the rest are upperclassmen, but some (Like Junko, Mukuro, Ishimaru, and Chihiro) are in the same year as Kokichi and Shuichi
Monokuma is the school mascot
Chisa is a homeroom teacher (I haven't watched Danganronpa 3 yet so I don't know if this is right)
Very Emotionally Unstable Kaede who should probably go to therapy
Sad Kokichi
Saiouma/Oumasai
Kokichi's friend group is Rantaro, Junko, Kiibo, Korekiyo, and Celeste
Shuichi's Friend group is Kaede, Chiaki, Kaito, Maki, Hajime, and Chihiro
