"Let's go!" I jumped down the stairs excitedly to see Emmett, Rosalie and Jasper waiting for me. They all smiled at my enthusiasm as Jasper wrapped an arm around me, then we walked outside to get ready for the run, Esme, Carlisle and Alice were there waiting for us.
"Right, are we all ready?" Esme asked "Yes" I said lightly "Yep" "Sure" "Okay, so you know the way?" She asked again "Yes Esme, we'll be okay, we've been there so many times before." Rosalie told her "Right yes but I don't want you getting los—" "They said they are going to be fine darling" Carlisle grabbed her "we'll see them there" "Yeah we'll see you there" I smiled She nodded a little as Carlisle dragged her further into the forest.
"I think someone should run with Ivy... after last time she was alone" Jasper in formed the remaining "I'll run with her" Rosalie smiled, I smiled too "I'm fine with that... it's better than running with Edward" I chuckled Then we all nodded, Jasper and Alice were the first to start the run, then Emmett followed by Rose and I. -AT THE LITTLE FOREST AREA- "Should we start without them?" Jasper turned to Carlisle, he was referring to Edward, Bella and the wolfs "you can start practicing yes" he nodded "I'm first" Emmett buzzed to life "fine.. your up against me then" Jasper cracked his knuckles. the boys positioned themselves before starting to go for each other, they managed for a few minutes, but Emmett let his guard down while flirting with Rosalie, so while he was distracted Jasper grabbed his shirt and threw him into the air - I could of sworn that he flew for a good few seconds. When he landed dirt went everywhere.
"Again!" they did the same things all over again before Emmett's truck came up the hill. When it stopped Bella and Edward clambered out. Though Edward didn't look so good. All the couples stood side by side, holding hands, or hugging while I just stood alone and stared up towards the other hill, where the cracks of branches and heavy dog like breathing came from. That's when they all appeared, the entire pack, they all had different shades of fur, but one colour stood out in particular to me, The red-coloured one, Jacob.
"They dont trust us enough to be in their human forms" Edward told Carlisle "They came. that's what matters. Will you translate?" Carlisle replied The red-coloured wolf seemed to separate himself from the pack slightly, coming more towards me. "Hi jake" I smiled. then they all started to growl "Welcome. Jasper has experience with newborns" Carlisle pointed towards jazz as he began to explain "He'll teach us how to defeat them" "They want to know how the newborns differ from us" Edward translated Sam's thoughts "They're a great deal stronger than us, because their own human blood lingers in their tissues. Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first several months of this life." Carlisle finished his little speech but Jasper was up next "Carlisle's right. That's why they are created. A newborn army doesn't need thousands, like a human army. But no human army could stand against them. Now the two most important things to remember are, First: Never let them get their arms around you. They'll crush you instantly. And second: Never go for the obvious kill, They'll be expecting that... and you will lose. Emmett."

Everyone turned to watch Jasper and Emmett "Don't hold back." Jasper teased "Not in my nature" Emmett replied, in the same tone. And just like that Emm ran for Jasper in an effort to tackle him but it didn't work, Jasper stayed stood, All Emmett was doing was pushing him backwards, though when Emm realised that he did what Jasper did to him earlier, he grabbed his shirt and threw him over his head, but they didn't stop there this time, Jasper instantly stood and ran for Emmett, he went in for the obvious punch, but Jazz had already predicted it, so Emmett was on the floor. "Never lose focus" Jasper commented Now it was me against Edward. We stood apart like Jasper and Emmett did but there was no words spoken as Edward ran towards me and I ran towards him, I went for the slide tackle, but he knew, so he jumped over me. when I got up I went for him again, we started to fight like humans for a second before I managed to get my back against Edward and propel him off. The both of us went in for the punches when we were face to face again, but as i swung for Edward, he managed to slip him hand to my stomach and VERY hardly slam me to the ground "One more thing" Jasper said as Edward turned around triumphantly, as he focused to listen to Jasper I got up and slammed Edward to the ground. "Never turn your back on your enemy" He mocked himself. It was rosalie and Jasper next, she was dirty in a fight I mean, if there was a glass bottle around she'd smash it over her opponents head. Jasper won. then it was me and Esme. I won so it went to Jasper and me, "Dont worry missy, I'll go easy" he laughed "In your dreams.." I ran for him, though he put up a good fight, I still won. it carried on like that Alice & Jasper - which was scarily flirty, she managed to win, due to her pixy like reflexes Carlisle & Edward Emmett & rosalie Until we'd all fought each other, now it was time to Involve the wolfs, well that's what I'd thought.
"what was the point in them being here, if we dont get to fight them?" I asked when Carlisle announced we were done "they were here to see how our kind fight this time," he said, waving off the rest of the pack "dont worry, your get your chance to fight them" he patted my head.
Just as I turned to go my own way Jacob, in human form, shirtless, came around the corner holding something in his hand.
"Hi" I smiled "Hello" He smiled back "You're very good at fighting" "thanks" "Uh, anyway, as I was leaving I found this" He held up my family crest ring "I kind of guessed it was yours, uh, I've seen it on you" I saw a slight blush appear on his face "oh yeah, this is mine. thank you Jakey" I took the ring from his hand and leant up to kiss his cheek, but he moved his head to the side so I ended up kissing him on the lips. He moved his body to the side so he was facing me and pulled me closer to his body but I pulled away and lightly hit his stomach "Jacob" I laughed "Sorry, I cant help myself around you" he smirked "Lay off, we aren't even dating" I slowly moved my hands to wrap around his neck "you could always change that..." He whispered in my ear as he began to kiss you neck "Jacob...." "hmm?" he mumbled into my neck "not in a forest, yeah?" "sure, sure" He pulled his face away from me but still stayed with his arms wrapped firmly around my waist "anyway, you should probably go back to your pack, and I should go home" my fingers automatically started to play around with his hair. "or, we could always go on a date..?" "a date?" I thought for a second "ah what the hell! sure, but we still will need to go our separate ways to get ready" "Of course" He laughed slightly "when should I pick you up?" "like 7 thirty maybe" "okay, 7 thirty, your house" "7 thirty, my house" and with that he ran back the way he came from and I ran home....
