Prologue: The End

The cold breeze blew their hair away which did not even bother Ryuhee since she was with her favourite person in the world.

"He never comes here" little Ryuhee kept tangling her hair with her fingers.

They passed by Ryuhee's favourite ice-cream shop. She saw it but shrugged off the thought of eating ice-cream.

She knew that she was not a child anymore. She did not want to worry her mother as she would catch cold if she had it. She wanted to see her mother smiling all the time.

"Are you upset because of that?" Reeahn asked.

"Not really. I am happy with you already" she said smiling, careful not to hurt her mother's feelings.

They swung their hands back and forth as they walked.

Suddenly Reean looked at Ryuhee to tell her that she bought the new game which Ryuhee wanted the other day.

She did not want to spoil her daughter. But having fun once in a while was also needed in life.

"Move!" someone yelled from in front of them.

A car losing balance knocked out Ryuhee's mother and just managed to avoid Ryuhee.

"Mom!" little Ryuhee cried out seeing fresh blood coming out from her mother's head.
