Noah Luff did his job and lived up to his end of the deal, as Perkin Warbeck he confessed the crimes he was told, given a quick death and his wife taken care of. We held celebrations, Henry and I sat watching them commence.

"They believe it." Henry mutters taking my hand. He speaks of the Spanish delegation who are now convinced we have handled one problem.

"Lady Mother, may I dance with you?" Arthur asked. I chuckled and look to Henry then back to our son

"Of course, my Prince." I took his hand and we joined in. Arthur had become a divine dancer. I caught sight of Maggie talking with the Spanish Ambassador . Then i saw Lizzie with the new clerk. I excused myself.

"What do you know?" I ask and they tell me what they have found out.

"Our Aunt is here. She was at Tyburn?" Lizzie informed me as they faced me.

"They have had help. The Duchess and the Lords had help from inside the palace." Lizzie continued, I stood taller, we had a traitor in our midst.

"Your Grace." The Spanish Ambassador bowed

"Have you tired of the dancing?" I smiled

"You tell us the pretender is dead, but he isn't is he?" he accused,

"Of course he is." I lie smoothly

"Allow me to put it in the most simple terms. You want Prince Arthur to marry our treasure Princess Catalina? Why should Spain yoke it's pearl to the rotting beast that is England?" he questioned

"You tell me, Queen Isabella agreed after what I said, whatever it may have been. It scared her and she agreed. I was told that she recommended not order that I sort out the problems. Key word Recommended. I want an alliance with your Queen as much as she wishes not to have a dismal future. Like her I will not be bullied. So do not stand there giving me orders Good Evening Ambassador." I walk off but stop to look a Henry and the boys. Henry turns his head, smiling but it drops when he sees my expression. I leave.

--------

The two of us sit in his bed that night.

"We have enemies, Henry. When they come we will be outnumbered . You, Arthur, Harry and Ned will die." I say hollowly

"No." he denied "He made promises, he said he would honour you and the boys."

"I have see it, Henry. He sits upon the throne and you are all dead shown publicly as traitors. The promises he makes will be broken because despite his words and performance, he is nothing like my father. At least he was honest about when he couldn't do something." I picked at the sheets

"We have to let him live or we will sacrifice two sons to the curse." he replied

"My mother once said that perhaps her craft was just luck, good luck that she called magic. But what is for sure is that men with swords are coming and they will not stop. My Aunt will not stop till Richard is on the throne. Richard has to die and Teddy must publicly declare himself as a Tudor" I state

"You think Teddy would do that?" Henry asks

"Yes, I do. Because he loves me as he would love his own mother. I have cared for him, nurtured him given him what he has needed. I have brought the children to see him so he loves them as they were his own siblings. I believe with everything that if I ask he would stand in public and declare us as his parents in name and himself a Tudor. Because he has been where the Plantagenet name has put him."

--------------

The next day Teddy was brought to me. When he saw me, his face lit up, her ran to embrace me and I welcomed it.

"My little bug." I mumble, "How do you fair? Are you well?" I ask he pulls away

"Yes, mother bug I am well." he smiled

"I have good news, little bug. I can bring you home with me." he clapped his hands in delight "I know, I know it is great news but you remember when I told you, you would have to do something first. That you would have to show everyone you don't need to be here anymore."

"Yes, yes I do. You said you would talk with Papa bug."

"I did, I did. Now Papa thinks that for you to come home to us, you will need to tell everyone out loud that you are one of us. That you must shout out your new name."

"Teddy Tudor!" he called and I laughed

"Yes, my sweet Teddy Tudor." I held his face "And as Teddy Tudor, you swear on your life and before God that you promise never to harm us and that you do not like anyone who would try to." he scowled

"No one is allowed to Mother bug. Not ever" I kissed his head

"You are a good boy. But I must tell you some people will not like that, they will try to tell you that we are the naughty ones. Like your room friend."

"Richard." I shook my head

"No, my little bug. He is a bad man who would hurt me and Papa. I called him that as to not frighten you. Do you forgive me?"

"Of course, mother bug, always." he kissed my hands

"Teddy, did the bad man tell you anything. About me or Papa?" I wonder

"He said that when he sat on the throne, he would give me a dog, a hundred dogs all friendly. He also said that I would be free. but he called Papa a bad man, I did not believe him I swear." he promised

"I know, do you think you can remember what else he said and tell it to the Cardinal and his clerk, so we can punish the bad man?"he nodded and turned around. he recited all that he remembered

"Good boy. Now I will be back tomorrow, I will bring papa to see you. Then you can tell everyone what a hero you are and how you helped stopped the bad man as Teddy Tudor."

"Yay."

"Rest well little bug." I kissed his head and he was taken away. "Do we have enough to try the boy as a traitor?" I ask.

"And more your Grace." Morton bowed

"I know we have never seen eye to eye on matters Cardinal, but i hope you will not turn your back on supporting this. Despite you devotion to My Lady, The Kings mother."

"I only wish for peace, Your Grace." he bowed

"And we shall have it. Let us leave."
