THANIT'S POV

I knew about P'Tae confessing about his involvement in Tee's incident. It was a good thing Tee's love for him surpassed the pain he felt of somewhat being betrayed. It might have been unintentional on P'Tae's part but it still led to that nightmare.

It's a weekend and like the usual since we learnt of Tee's pregnancy, the whole family is here in their penthouse. Mom is busy fussing about the nursery along with Dad. Yes, I've taken up his offer to call him that. Though it surprised my mother, she didn't comment about it. Even Tej, calls him that.

P'Tae as always, is doting on his husband which also happens to be my adorable younger brother. When I think about it, we were almost brought up as brothers. Tee's mom died when he was still young and he almost grew up with me. Our not-so-coincidental meet up at the park brought us together and made us best of friends.

My mate, Kim, is with his brother, P'Kace. They are preparing our meal while Tej is content in bugging Nami and Kisa with the clean up in the master's bedroom. He wants to make sure nothing goes amiss and that everything Tee would need in the middle of the night would be in reach.

The whole family loves and accepted Tee with open arms. We did not question P'Tae's choice as we could clearly see his infatuation with him since he first saw him. I knew his obsession for my best friend when I first told my older brother about him. He never showed himself but I knew he was watching us from afar.

Since the time I was old enough to understand, I knew he wasn't my biological brother but I couldn't ask for anyone better. He treats me more than what a true brother does. Despite the blood in his hands, he is a perfect brother for me. P'Tae did his best in protecting our family when our Dad was killed.

Everything was chaotic back then until P'Tae took a stand and made it known that he wouldn't take any form of disloyalty lightly, that includes badmouthing, may it be about him or our family. He made an example of one of the moles discovered in our clan.

P'Tae is surely good in torturing. I should know since I personally saw it. That person was one of the few which caused us to lose our father. He was my brother's first kill and since then, he became cold. He distanced himself from Tej and I but always made sure that we are safe and well-protected.

My Mom mourned for his lost childhood. Even if P'Tae was almost an adult by that time, he should still be doing carefree stuff, not carrying the burden of our family and the mafia. Mom made sure to take extra care of P'Tae and never questions his decisions unless he becomes too much. She tried to keep him grounded at all times but there are just some times that she couldn't help but cry.

And then that thing with Tee happened. I don't know if I should feel relieved when my brother found my best friend or what. It made me suspicious but I just kept my mouth shut. If Tee is the one to make my brother happy, then so be it. Even if Tee is my best friend.

Everything is so fucked up as little by little the truth was revealed. Ada confessed about P'Tae's plan of meeting Tee at the bar and her plan with Tisha to have Tee drugged and raped instead. It was also around that time that I saw the DNA results in my brother's desk but I have other things to prioritize.

Since the night we got Ada, I knew right then and there that she was pregnant. She was just using heavy scent blockers that's why others can't identify it. The scent mixed with hers was so damn familiar since I am usually with the owner of it. Looks like she was just waiting to get her claws on P'Tae but I won't allow it.

To make things more complicated, Tee followed me to the warehouse and he knew about the baby being his husband's just by the scent too. I thought he would go on rampage but he was too calm, and it scared me. Despite being an omega, Tee has this dangerous aura around him if you know what to look for. I just can't believe my brother sees him as a pure angel walking on Earth.
