"Keefe, according to my sources, you have a new girlfriend. I would like to meet her and her family." Cassius Sencen, my father said. "Call her and her parents for dinner tomorrow."
"Father, she is from a respectable family, the Ruewens, and I love her. No need to inspect her." I ranted. "I have no doubt that she comes from a good family. It's her I am worried about." he said. Leave it to him to make my life miserable. "Fine. I'll tell her." I gave in.
"Good." He said and left my room. I called Sophie up. It rang for a few seconds and then a beautiful voice spoke.
"Hey Keefe."
"Hi Foster. Um, so, my dad wanted to meet you and your parents for dinner tomorrow at around eight."
"Um, sure. Even my parents wanted to talk to you about it. We can do it together."
"Ok. Great! See you then. Also, D'you want to come with me and my parents camping next weekend."
"Ya, I'd like that. Let's just hope Grady doesn't kill me with an axe while I'm sleeping." I joked.
She giggled. "Oh wait, that's actually a real threat. I'll keep away anything sharp. Don't worry."
"Bye. Love you."
"Love you too, Keefe." She hung up.
