Y/n pov

he placed his finger on his chin, thinking

''ooh yeah I remember, that was you?'' kakashi-sensei asked with a confused look on his face, and I can't blame him I really have changed since then

''yeah that's me'' I said with a monotone voice

''you sure have changed, you seem emotionless'' he pointed toward my face

''yeah a lot has changed, well if you'll excuse me I need to take these home before practice'' I then walked away heading home

when I got home I put down the clothes I bought and then headed to the training ground. When I arrived  everyone was already there talking but stopped once they saw I was heading their way

''good now that everyone is here, today's training will be sparring. I will divide you into groups of 2 and then you each will go your separate ways, and you will fight until one of you win. When one of you have won you come back here, wait for the others and then tell us all about your youthful sparring'' Gai-sensei said clapping his hands together and giving us his signature smile

''so TenTen you will be up against Lee and Neji you and y/n will be fighting, now go and practice my youthful students''

we all nodded and went our separate ways. TenTen and Lee went to go spar near the river, and Neji and I were gonna spar near some rocks

when Neji and I arrived at the spot we got in a fighting stance

3rd person pov:

once they got in a fighting stance Neji started attacking y/n trying to hit some of her vital spots, but y/n just dodged them not even trying to hit Neji back

'if I hit Neji I'll hurt him really bad, so I just need to dodge until he runs out of chakra' y/n thought to herself dodging Neij's attacks. Y/n had managed to dodge his attacks but they just seemed to be getting faster and faster

''gentle fist, 8 trigrams 64 palms'' Neji said quickening his attacks and trying to hit y/n, she was able to dodge but got hit at least 2 times

y/n could see Neji is running low on chakra and stamina, or thought he was, and let her guard down and got hit on the chest

Causing her to stumble backwards almost loosing balance, Neji  took this opportunity and charged at y/n,

Neji was about to hit her again but before Neji knew it he was laying on the floor, y/n sitting on him with a fist inches away from his face (the picture above is the position you're in)

Neji pov:

'Finally, I got her now'

I ran towards y/n ready to hit her again, when I hit her now I will win the fight. I was inches away from hitting her but then the next thing I know I'm laying on the floor with y/n on top of me one hand inches away from my face and the other on my chest, and her legs pinning me down, I was in complete shock

'what happened, that was fast, did she get me on the floor in a matter of seconds' I thought as I kept on looking at y/n

we stared at each other before y/n quickly stood up, brushing off the dust she had on her clothes and then walked away with her hands in her pockets leaving me there, on the ground, speechless

I then stood dusting myself, I look up to see if I can see y/n but I can't

'she must probably be at the spot we need to meet gai-sensei' I thought as I walked towards the same spot

when I got there y/n sat on a rock, her face balanced on her palm staring straight ahead

I stopped once I was right next to her, she looked at me and our eyes met ''how-''

''We are done!'' Lee shouted while running towards us

Lee and TenTen stopped when they were standing next to us

''I see you guys are done too '' TenTen said looking at me and y/n

''Yeah we are, where is Gai sensei?'' I asked completely forgetting that I was going to ask y/n a question

"I am right here my youthful students, how was your youthful sparring??'' Gai-sensei asked looking at us with a huge smile on his face

''come on my youthful student tell me who won!?'' Gai-sensei spoke up again this time showing us a thumbs up

''Lee and TenTen lets start with you''

'' Lee won"  TenTen said dropping her head a bit

"yeah but only because you let your guard down TenTen'' Lee said trying to lift TenTen's mood which I guess worked

"yeah if you say so Lee'' TenTen looked at Lee giving him a fake small smile

"I see'' Gai-sensei said while scratching his chain "when you spar again my youthful student don't let you guard down," Gai-sensei said with a grin on his face

''now y/n and Neji how was your fight"

'I think they will believe me when I say y/n beat me, but she has more bruises, cuts and she is covered in more dirt than I am so if I tell them she won they won't believe me since it looks like I won' I thought to myself as I took a glance at y/n

''y/-'' I was soon cut off by y/n before I could finish my sentence

''Neji won" she said, everyone looked surprised, I mean even I am. I know I lost and she knows too, but why is she telling them I won

she then stood up, looked at everyone one last time before walking away,

I also stood up walking in the opposite direction, if I stay here they will be asking me all sorts of questions and I'm not in the mood to answer questions
