y/n pov:

'great Mayu passed out' I thought as I looked at Mayu, the waiter then bought our bill, when Shikamaru opened the bill it looked like he saw a ghost

"Guys I can't afford this, it's way out of my price range," Shikamaru said looking at everyone, Shikamaru showed them the price and everyone looked shocked

"How are we gonna pay for this not even if we combine our money will we have enough money, it's that sake this that costs so much money," Shikamaru said holding his head, shaking it from side to side

I took this as an opportunity to leave. I took out the money I brought and put a rubber band around it and put Mayu's arms around my shoulder. I walked past them and stopped next to the table, everyone stopped arguing about how they are gonna pay and looked at me, I threw the cash to Shikamaru and walked away without saying anything with Mayu still passed out

Neji pov:

'did she just give us money, that's nice I guess but I doubt we will still have enough money-' my thoughts were interrupted by Choji

"what is it Shikamaru?" he asked, Shikamaru just looked at all of us surprised

"y/n...she gave double the money" Shikamaru said holding the money in his hand

"what do you mean Shikamaru?" asked Sakura

''the bill, she gave double the money that the bill cost, we can pay the bill now" Shikamaru said as he put half of the money in the bill

"Are you telling me she just paid the bill and still had money left, that bill is expensive not even we could have paid for it if we put all our money together'' TenTen said in disbelief

"yes she did" Shikamaru said before putting the money that was left in the rubber band again. I stood up and said goodbye to everyone and left

'I am stuffed' I thought to myself as I walked, Hinata couldn't join us because she had a mission so I didn't have to wait for anyone

I was walking and heard someone cry causing me to stop. I went closer to see who it was and to my surprise I see y/n on the floor clutching her side and Mayu calming her down all I could hear was

'it hurts Mayu please make it stop'

once I got closer y/n and I met eyes we were staring at each other, y/n eyes were puffy from crying,

y/n stood up, Mayu following and then they left, I stood there before I started walking too

y/n pov:

Mayu was still passed out when we left.

''ahh I have a headache" Mayu said as she stood up straight holding her head, I couldn't help but laugh

"yeah that's what happens when you drink too much sake"

we started walking, before I felt a pain 'ooh no not now' I thought as I fell to the floor clutching my side

"y/n it's happening isn't it?'' Mayu said as she bend down hugging me

"it hurts Mayu please make it stop" I said clutching my side tighter

I felt a presence come closer, when I looked up Neji and I locked eyes, we stared at each other before I stood up

"come on Mayu let's go home it's getting late," I said standing up and trying not to show that I am in pain

"are you ok now y/n, doesn't it still hurt?" Mayu asked also standing up and dusting herself

"no" I started walking, Mayu following behind me and we went straight home and went to bed well Mayu did I went to go take a shower.

When I was done I stood in front of the mirror looking at my seal, and touching my side where I felt the pain

''ow'' I flinched when I touched my side "this is gonna be a problem if only there was a way for me to get rid of the pain and maybe also live a little longer" I looked at myself in the mirror before laughing "yeah like that's possible" I got dressed and went to bed

the next morning Mayu had to leave the village early. The sun hasn't even risen yet, Mayu first had to go to the Hokage's office to get the scroll, when she was done I escorted Mayu to the gate and when we arrived at the gate the sun was rising

"listen y/n I think it's best if you tell them everything because I can see you're hurting'' Mayu said as she hugged me one last time before leaving

"I am fine Mayu, the whole plan is for them to hate me so they can grow stronger," I said as I pulled away from the hug

"I know bu-"

"listen Mayu I think you need to go you don't want to be late, it was nice seeing you again" I cut Mayu off before she could finish

"Yeah you're right I'll see you soon y/n but before I go I have one last question, do you like someone? " Mayu asked not looking at you

"huh where did that come from all of the sudden "

Mayu giggled a bit "goodbye y/n," Mayu waved as she started walking

"goodbye Mayu," I waved to Mayu before she vanished, I stood at the gate for a few minutes before turning around ready to leave and go home
