Chapter 11

As I drove away from Taissia's I couldn't help but smile, I had old feeling growing for her and I'm glad she felt the same. I turned up the radio, humming along to the tune of "On top of the world" By Imagine Dragons, because that's how I felt with Tai, I'm on top of the world.

I slowly pressed the brake as the yellow light turned red. The person behind me didn't get the message and rammed me. My head flew foward and my seatbelt clutched. I sat back in my seat, my neck already hurt. I unbuckled and stepped out of the car, with 911 dialed. 2 girls got out of the car, not sober. It was Emma and her friend Terra. Both of them stumbling towards me I pressed call.

"Evan PLEASE, It was an *hiccup* accidennnt." Emma slurred as she fell onto my chest. "Emma this is the second accident you've got into in a week, this is why I have been taking your car." She frowned. "Can we pllease go home *hiccup*" "Sure." I grabbed her and Terra and put them into Emma's ( now wrecked ) car. Everything was silent, Emma and Terra were both passed out and I certainly didn't feel on top of the world.

I pulled into the driveway carrying both their knocked out bodies to the front door. I gently laid them down, unlocked the door and sighed. I plopped Terra on the couch and brought Emma to the bedroom. I saw her eyes flutter open, "Thanks for not leaving me." She nuzzled up against me. "Don't worry Tai, I would never leave you." "Who the hell is Tai?" Emma said in a raspy, irritated voice. Shit. "No one, shh now sleep." I kissed her alcohol ridden lips and almost gagged at the amount of booze she had.

I laid back on the bed with Emma in my arms. This didn't feel right to me. I grabbed my phone and started to text Taissa.

It was around 2 am when I got a text from Evan.

Evan: Hey, sorry If I woke u up!:)

I didn't mind, I was awake anyway. I was reading the Parmiga fanfiction and it was amazing, Emma was such a bitch in all of them and I couldn't help but laugh at how accurate it was.

Me: It's fine, I've been up for awhile, what's up?c:

Evan:... Emma got in a car accident.

Me: That's terrible! Is she ok?"

Evan: She's fine, she snuggling up to me.

Me: Oh.

I felt my stomach sink. I forgot Evan was with Emma.

Evan: Don't worry it means nothing, I have to go, she's throwing up(ew)text ya later<3

Me: Sorry to hear that, Have fun!<3

I was so happy that Evan texted me a little heart, little things like that made me smile even wider. I moved on to the next chapter and saw on the top "If you are uncomfortable with sex scenes, skip this chapter" I gulped and continued reading.
