This was a chapter that was supposed to lead into/ be included in a book focusing on Dixie's character.

Dixie went to Addisons house and knocked on the door, i went with her, for emotional support

I was hiding somewhere, but i still had clear sight of dixie.

I wont have clear sight of addi though, but this is good enough at least.

Dixie was going to perform the song we wrote together.

She brought her guitar to play it for addison while singing, which she wasnt sure about until the last minute.

It seemed like there was no answer because dixie knocked again.

She then turned to me and signaled a thumbs up, which im guessing meant that addison is coming to the door.

I heared a soft, "Addi? it's Dix." coming from dixie, which meant that i could hear whats going on.

Perfect.

"Hi Addi, umm i have something for you." Dixie said, and started playing her guitar.

"From the moment i met you,
I knew that it was true.
There couldn't be nobody,
that'll be as good as you.
Your loving eyes, that shine like lights,
and your soft touch, it's all too much.
How could you blame me for falling in love?

And people might say that nobody's perfect,
but i always could tell, for me you are worth it.
So grab my hand and come with me,
next to you is where i'll be,
because nobody's perfect,
but you are so perfect,
perfect for me.

From the moment i met you,
there was always this spark.
Everything changed,
and it wasn't so dark.
Everyday that passes, the deeper i fall.
and every night that goes by, to my mind you crawl.
I really think that, this is true love...

And people might say that nobody's perfect,
but i always could tell, for me you are worth it.
So grab my hand and come with me,
next to you is where i'll be,
because nobody's perfect,
but you are so perfect,
perfect for me." she ended the song and stopped singing.

She places her guitar safely on the porch, and she is suddenly grabbed inside the house.

I'm guessing that is a good sign?

A minute or two after, I see Dixie exiting the house, with the biggest grin on her red face.
She is blushing and smiling like crazy.

She picks her guitar up and just stands there for a couple of seconds, as I start making my way towards her car.
